00:35The storm surge hit Binmalay, Pangasinan.

00:42A ship was washed ashore in Baybayan, part of Barangay Buenlag.

00:47The storm surge also hit two villages and seven towns in Pangasinan,

00:52including Lingayen, where water reached Capitol Beach Front.

00:59Residents who were affected by the storm surge immediately fled to Narciso Sports and Civic Center Gymnasium.
