00:05We've seen for several days now,
00:07Jeff Payne, Liam's dad, down in Argentina.
00:11He's been walking around.
00:13First, when he got there, he had this meeting with,
00:16spent some time with the fans at this memorial
00:18outside of the hotel where he died.
00:20And that seemed to make sense, right?
00:22That he wanted to go down and commune with the fans.
00:26But he's been more involved in that.
00:27We've seen him over several days walking around Buenos Aires,
00:31walking to places in the hotel and outside of the hotel
00:35where we know Liam was.
00:36And police now say part of that, the reason he's doing that,
00:40he is helping them in the investigation
00:42and has told them that he will provide whatever information.
00:45That's him standing on the balcony where it happened,
00:49which is gut-wrenching.
00:52Just torture for him.
00:53Just the fact that he has been involved in the investigation,
00:56I think that would be extremely hard for anybody
01:00to have to go through that.
01:02But he is determined to get to the bottom
01:05of whatever happened.
01:06And it seems like he wants to make sure
01:08that whoever was involved is accountable.
01:10Yeah, I mean, there are two things going on.
01:12One is, you know, how did he end up getting
01:14all of these drugs and all of that?
01:16But the second thing is, what happened?
01:18I mean, was he just kind of out of his head and jumped?
01:22The police say he jumped.
01:23Now, that doesn't mean he intentionally tried
01:26to take his life.
01:27It may have been, again, he was just out of his head.
01:29I don't know how anybody is going to figure that out
01:33other than video and eyewitnesses.

01:38they want to find out who provided those drugs
01:41and because they're gonna know what his state of mind was.
01:45At the very least, might know what his state of mind was
01:47when he got the drugs.
01:49Well, except, except.
01:51That it would have changed.
01:51I get what you're saying, that the drugs
01:54would have changed at all.
01:55And you have a staffer who saw him in the.
01:58Well, the motive is for going to get the drugs.

02:04In my opinion, I feel for the father big time.
02:09I feel for the family as well.
02:11And it may seem cut and dry,
02:12like we know all the facts right now,
02:14but we actually don't.
02:16We need to know where the drugs came from
02:17and we need to know why he was so upset prior.
02:21What exactly happened that caused this event?
02:24Yeah, I'm sure that's what his father
02:26wants to try and figure out.
