753 एकड़ बनेगी राया हेरीटेज सिटी-कई देशों का किया गया अध्ययन-सात गांव भी किए गए शामिल

00:00In the Raya urban note, we had proposed a heritage city

00:06but when the DPR of the heritage city was made and feasibility study was done

00:11it was found that the path from Raya Cut to Vrindavan and Bihari Mandir is very steep

00:18and there are many structures and dhabas built on both sides

00:22and there is no land left where you can develop a heritage city or corridor

00:27so it was revised and found that a new green field expressway should be built

00:33where there is no structure and a complete heritage corridor expressway should be built

00:39and a heritage city should be developed 2 to 2.5 km from both sides

00:44in which waterways can be built, riverfront development can be done

00:48commercial development can be done, hospitality industry can be done

00:52theme parks can be built for tourism

00:54as per international standards, we have done it in Cambodia, Indonesia, Angkor Wat, Cambodia

01:03and in Vietnam, we have done the work of Hong Kong city

01:06so we want to replicate the models of heritage cities here

01:10along with that, the Mathura art and Mathura museum

01:17we wanted to make a centre for both these things

01:22Mathura art and Gandhar art was very famous in Vrindavan

01:27so we wanted to replicate it

01:30so it was found that a complete green field area should be developed

01:34so we found a new green field area of 753 acres

01:39which starts from Yamuna Expressway at a distance of 1 to 1 km

01:43and before Bihari Mandir, it goes to Jahangirpur Khadar

01:48along with that, a road is being built at Marth

01:51so we included it in our master plan

01:54and this area was not urbanisable or approved earlier

01:59now the Raya heritage master plan has been approved

02:02in that, 4 new villages and 3 old villages have been approved

02:08and including these 7 villages, in 753 acres, our heritage corridor has been approved

02:16now the PPVC meeting has been called

02:20in which the DPR will be approved

02:22along with that, in the meeting of the bridge development committee

02:25and the other facilities that we can provide

02:28earlier, it was asked that a parking area should be developed in Begumpur in 12 hectares

02:33so for open parking, our board has agreed and we are building it

02:37along with that, an elevated road is being built

02:40where there will be parking, there will be an elevated road to go from above

02:44which will be connected to the bridge that is being built on the Yamuna river

02:49so that there can be direct connectivity

02:51so with the approval of this master plan, all the obstacles have been removed
