00:00In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.
00:16I swear by the Day of Resurrection.
00:25And I swear by the reproaching soul to the certainty of resurrection.
00:37Does man think that We will not assemble his bones?
00:48Yes, We are able even to proportion his fingertips.
01:00But man desires to continue in sin.
01:14He asks, when is the Day of Resurrection?
01:20So when vision is dazzled
01:25And the moon darkens
01:30And the sun and the moon are joined.
01:33Man will say on that day, where is the place of escape?
01:44No, there is no refuge.
01:50To your Lord, that day, is the place of permanence.
01:59Man will be informed that day of what he sent ahead and kept back.
02:12Rather, man against himself will be a witness.
02:25Even if he presents his excuses.
02:34Move not your tongue with it, O Muhammad, to hasten with recitation of the Qur'an.
02:46Indeed, upon us is its collection in your heart, and to make possible its recitation.
02:58So when we have recited it through Gabriel, then follow its recitation.
03:08Then upon us is its clarification to you.
03:16No, but you love the immediate
03:23And leave the hereafter.
03:30Some faces that day will be radiant
03:36Looking at their Lord.
03:44And some faces that day will be contorted
03:53Expecting that there will be done to them something back-breaking.
04:02No, when the soul has reached the collarbones.
04:12And it is said, who will cure him?
04:21And the dying one is certain that it is the time of separation.
04:31And the leg is wound about the leg.
04:40To your Lord that day will be the procession.
04:47And the disbeliever had not believed, nor had he prayed.
04:56But instead he denied and turned away.
05:06And then he went to his people, swaggering in pride.
05:13Woe to you and woe!
05:19Then woe to you and woe!
05:30Was he not a sperm emitted from semen?
05:42Then he was a clinging clot, and Allah created his form and proportioned him.
05:54And made of him two mates, the male and the female.
06:05Is not that Creator able to give life to the dead?
