00:00The second leg of our Monday night doubleheader to end out
00:08week seven out in Glendale, Arizona between the Cardinals
00:12and the Chargers and on paper entering the two games. We had
00:16two four and two teams facing off in Tampa with a four and a
00:20half point spread in favor of the Ravens who look like one of
00:23the dominant teams in the NFL and a high total of forty-nine
00:26and a half where pretty much everybody handicapped in the
00:29game expected to see points and we did seventy-two combined to
00:33lead us to the desert where we know the Chargers want to run
00:36the football and grind out the clock and you never really know
00:40what you are going to get out of Arizona. We expected it to
00:44be a lower scoring affair and that it certainly was the
00:48Cardinals walk it off with a thirty-two yard Chad Ryland
00:51field goal as time expires. Arizona wins seventeen to
00:56fifteen as a slight point and a half underdog at home. That
01:00total of forty-four and a half stays well under Dubsy. It was
01:04the highest total of the season for the Bolts. Los Angeles now
01:08has been under in five of its six games and whether it was
01:13Anthony Lynn or Brandon Staley or now Jim Harbaugh,
01:17unfortunately in a wild and wacky game for the Chargers,
01:21they come up on the losing end once again. Yeah, I'm sitting
01:25here, you know, post week seven and he's trying to figure out
01:28what are the charges? What is, you know, the DNA to the kind
01:30of football they're going to play moving forward and at
01:33five hundred to start the campaign. I guess that's what
01:35we expect just sort of middle of the pack and we highlight
01:38off the tip of the show that, you know, the Cardinals hold on
01:41to get the score and this is a very tough team to play against
01:43especially with Kyler Murray, the way he gets things going
01:46out of that backfield. Only 145 passing yards but a couple of
01:49critical runs to get him downfield, get him close enough
01:52to get that go ahead field goal. This is 17 to 15 for
01:55Arizona at home. Absolutely a must win and trying to keep
01:59their season moving in the right direction. If you look at
02:01the stat sheet, the standout performers really wasn't a
02:04bunch. I guess you could say James Conner had a really
02:06strong game for the Cardinals putting up 101 rushing yards
02:10but I think the standout for me is, you know, for the Cards,
02:13NFC West remains one of the tiniest divisions on paper.
02:17They needed this one just to sit a game back of Seattle
02:2049ers. They've been middling at best and for LA can't get it
02:24going in the right spot there. So, 17 to 15 low scorer versus
02:28the high scorer. It was a bit of a snoozer but for Arizona,
02:32they got the job done. Survive advance, move on to the next.
