10:14I actually went to York University in Toronto, and I have a kinesiology degree from there.
10:19And I actually worked in their human performance lab while I was going to school.
10:24And York University, we were lucky enough to have probably the foremost athletic training and testing center in the country.
10:32And we were responsible for testing the Toronto Maple Leafs during their training camp.
10:38They're training.
10:39Oh, cool, because my dad is the hugest hockey fan.
10:42I sort of go, yeah, you know, like I was with Wendell today.
10:46Family.
10:47An incestuous, wrong family, but a family.
10:52I've got to tell you, we have so much fun together.
10:54You know, I kind of wish that people could be a fly on the wall to sort of witness it.
10:58But we're really looking forward to season three, and we're really happy to be coming back.

11:33And I was talking with T.D. the other day.
11:36So our big sound technician, I call him, like, the king of sound.
11:40His name is Dan.
11:41He's the Mac Daddy.
11:42He's the guy who writes.

11:44He came to the sound booth, and he was, you know, 10 days red, and he was nervous.
11:48He was sweating.
11:49He was shaking.
11:50I'm like, what happened?
11:51He says, well, you made him find the sound pack.
11:53You hid it.
11:54You wouldn't tell him where it was.
11:55I'm like, oh.
11:59I'm sorry, Dan.
12:01But I didn't realize he's sort of been following my career since, you know, Fit and Muscle Mag and Oxygen and Once a Thief.
12:08And so he was sort of like a fan.

12:11And then, you know, he comes to set, and I torture him.
12:16I felt really bad.
12:19Kind of, but not really.
12:22So that was sort of a fun thing.
12:25Guys, you know, it has really turned into a freak show.
12:30It's my greeting to a lot of people on set, like to John and to Forbes and sometimes to Lauren, depending on the mood.
12:36It's like I walk up to people, hey, how you doing?
12:38And I sort of grab their boobs or their breasts or whatever you call them.
12:41They have pecs, I suppose.
12:43And so you do this to Forbes, and Forbes is sort of an argumentative guy.

15:24So our wardrobe guy, his name was Patrick.
15:28And, you know, a gay man.
15:31You can't have not a gay man working in a wardrobe with women because it just wouldn't work.
15:36So he gave me my trailer.
15:37He gave me this underwear.
15:38And he was like, oh, Vicky, you know how you feel.
15:40People would love to have my job and I don't care.
15:43And I have to put this in your vagina all the time.

16:17My experience on Once a Thief?
16:20Once a Thief was my very first acting job ever.
16:23I had been taking acting classes for a couple of years.
16:27It was the editor from Muscle Mag and Oxygen who convinced me to take acting classes.
16:30Which I did.
16:31He just said, you know what, you're going to want to do it, so just do it.
16:34So I took acting classes for a couple of years.
16:36Finally got up the courage to get an agent.
16:38And so I took my package around to three different agencies that I thought would sort of suit my needs.
16:44And the first person that called back, I said, okay, I'll take you.
16:48And they submitted me on my very first episode of Once a Thief.
16:52And so my first episode, my first job, my first audition, and I got it.
16:57And it was very, very, very cool.
16:59Which is actually where I met TJ Scott.
17:03But, yeah, it was an incredible, incredible experience.
17:07To just kind of step into a great external world.
17:13Do you know what?
17:16That was a freaky experience.
17:18I don't know if you heard the question.
17:19She asked what it was like to work on Sin Tres.
17:21Raising the trees and with the harness and everything.
17:24My first ever real fight scene.
17:26I mean, I did some gunfights and stuff in Once a Thief.
17:28But my first sort of combat scene was with Xena.
17:32Can you imagine?
17:34Your first ever fight scene with Xena?
17:36I was very nervous.
17:38She's very good.
17:40But we had a really good fight team there.
17:42And we had the same fight team when we did Claypatch 2525.
17:47They were so cool.
17:49They made you feel so comfortable.
17:51And they just made you feel like you were that kind of action person.
17:57That it was good.
17:59It turned out okay.
18:01And the running in the trees part.
18:03I just wish that all of you guys could go to New Zealand and see what they built.
18:08They were crazy.
18:10They had a department, art department.
18:13Every department worked together to create this amazing illusion.
18:17And they built this huge scaffolding up into the forest.
18:20And stuck boughs off of it to make it look like you were actually running through treetops.
18:25When you were actually running on a scaffolding that had been built 20 feet off the ground with the trees.
18:29It was wild.
18:31It was just magnificent.
18:33It was the first thing I'd ever seen that was so huge like that.
18:37The action of it was amazing.
18:39But the work behind the scenes on that show was just...
18:42It would blow your mind.
18:44It would just blow your mind.
18:46And I remember the first time when I got the job and I flew to New Zealand.
18:49Just sort of talking about that scope.
18:52When I went for my first wardrobe fitting.
18:54They took me to this warehouse.
18:57And all I smelled was leather.
19:01I love leather.
19:03I really like leather.
19:05This thing was huge.
19:07It was like three times the size of this area that we're in right now.
19:10Of racks and racks and racks of leather.
19:13You could just see every character's name and all the leather that they had.
19:16It's like they've got all kinds of pests over there.
19:19Rabbits and possums and things that they really want to kill.
19:22That you get to wear eventually.
19:24Just racks of skins.
19:26It was the craziest thing I've ever seen.
19:29I mean because our wardrobe department on Once a Thief is like all shopping bags.
19:32For whole rent-free parties.
19:34This is just like kills.
19:36It was dead beasts that you're eventually going to have to wear.
19:39It was wild.
19:41Wow.
19:43It was really cool.
19:45Such a cool experience to go over to New Zealand for the first time.
19:47And work on a big show like that.
19:48It was amazing.

19:52So I think that's it for me.
