00:28Did we not expand for you, O Muhammad, your breast?
00:32And We removed from you your burden,
00:46Which had weighed upon your back,
00:52And raised high for you your repute?
01:00For indeed, with hardship will be ease.
01:16So when you have finished your duties, then stand up for worship.
01:24And to your Lord direct your longing.
