कानपुर में हेड कांस्टेबल के साथ जबरदस्ती दुष्कर्म की घटना हुई है। घटना के समय महिला अपने गांव जा रही थी। रास्ते में गांव के ही व्यक्ति से लिफ्ट मांगी थी। अपर पुलिस आयुक्त कानून एवं व्यवस्था ने बताया कि आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है।
