Donald Trump works at McDonald's while on campaign trail
Transkript
00:00I'm running against somebody that said she did, but it turned out to be a totally phony story, so if you don't mind, I want to work the french fry counter.
00:12Absolutely.
00:13Okay, how much are you paying me?
00:14How much are you paying me?
00:18Hello everybody.
00:20Indy is here. She has, this is Indy, she has an apron for you.
00:26I think I should take off, should I take off my jacket?
00:30So the press wants to see this.
00:33Oh you, he is a wealthy guy.
00:36He owns a lot of McDonald's.
00:39That's great, thank you.
00:49Mr. Trump, what's your favorite thing to order at McDonald's?
00:52I like it all.
00:55I like every ounce of it, everything.
00:57But I do like the french fries where I'll be working.
01:01I listened to Kamala, she said it was so hot, it was so hot, it was such a tough job.
01:07I told you you have a man that's been doing it for many years with the french fries, right?
01:11I want to learn everything.
01:12We're going to see, I'm going to learn how to do it right now. Thank you.
01:14Welcome here.
01:15Welcome here.
01:24Jojo is going to teach you some pie throwing.
01:27And this is Frank, he's going to be more than happy to help you teach fries.
01:31We're going to start over here on the fries.
01:34I'm going to take the lead at first and show you the basics and then I'll pass it over to you.
01:42First thing we're going to do is we're going to grab a bag of fries.
01:45We're going to slowly and gently lower them in.
01:49So that we don't burn ourselves.
01:51We're going to use a fry timer.
01:53And then we've got a lot of fries today, so we're going to cut the other basket out.
01:56We'll cut the basket out.
01:58Lower it in.
02:01And then hit the timer.
02:03Now, in a couple of seconds, the dewey timer is going to go off.
02:06When that dewey timer goes off, that basically means that the fries need to lift them out of the oil.
02:10And shake them so that way they don't get stuck together.
02:12And then after that, we're going to put it back down.
02:14We're going to let the fryer cook.
02:16And then when they're done, we're going to bring them over here.
02:18Over here, you have all your fry cartons right here.
02:22There's the dewey timer.
02:24So dewey timer, we're going to press it.
02:26We'll lift it out of the oil.
02:28Give it a couple of shakes and put it back in the oil.
02:30Same thing over here.
02:32Timer. Out of the oil.
02:34Couple of shakes. Back in the oil.
02:36And when those are done cooking, our fry station, we've got extra small.
02:39Small, medium, and large cartons all right there for you.
02:42A lot of our orders today are going to be medium.
02:44So that's what we're focusing on.
02:46We've got the AccuSalt dispenser right here.
02:48So we're going to dump that on there.
02:50The way that this works, it has already measured for you all the salt.
02:52So all you've got to do is turn it over, let it dispense, and that's that.
02:59That's pretty good, huh?
03:01How long have you done this?
03:03Eight years.
03:05And you're very good at it, right?
03:07I appreciate that.
03:09And then also one other thing.
03:11We're going to make sure we separate the fries and we put them into the fry station.
03:14So we don't want to mix old fries with new fries.
03:16We want to keep them all fresh and ready to go for the customers.
03:19I can show you real quick.
03:21This is for the carton.
03:23When you're opening these cartons, you're going to push on the side.
03:25Push that bottom part up and that's that.
03:27And then we're going to hold them like this.
03:29I've had many of those.
03:31I've probably had more than you.
03:33Probably, yeah.
03:35It's pretty sad when you get it like that.
03:36You don't want to squeeze too hard because then you're going to be packing the fries in.
03:40So we're going to make sure the fries...
03:42Can you put them in through that?
03:44Yeah, we can actually grab a fry scoop and we'll put them in there.
03:46Also, when the fries come up, we're going to give them a twirl.
03:49Make sure they're all evenly salted and everything like that.
03:51And then we'll put them on the fry ribbon, ready to go for the order.
03:55What is that, mostly medium size?
03:57Exactly.
03:59What percentage would that be?
04:01That's going to be their question.
04:03What percentage of medium fries?
04:04Yeah, I don't know.
04:06But mostly.
04:08I think each location is a little different.
04:10Yeah.
04:12That's good stuff.
04:14And then once these come up, I'll salt them.
04:16I'll make a couple for us and then I'll pass it over to you.
04:19And I'll kind of stand by to make sure everything is going great.
04:21Very good.
04:23We'll probably drop it.
04:25Once it's your turn, we'll probably drop another basket.
04:27And then I'll take care of these.
04:29You'll take care of your baskets.
04:31Good job.
04:32Not bad, right?
04:34Have a nice holiday.
04:36Be careful, it's very cold.
04:38Very good, yeah.
04:40Be careful.
04:42Eight years, that's the end of that.
04:50You're going to be in Pittsburgh again today.
04:52Pittsburgh still looks very good.
04:54Should be a good day.
04:56Should be a very good day.
04:59So how long do they stay in Germany?
05:00Probably three minutes.
05:02Should we do the initial shake?
05:04Can you do a shake after that?
05:06No, not really a shake.
05:08So the cool timer is going off.
05:10We're going to hit the timer.
05:12We're going to lift them up, hang them onto there.
05:14And then we're just going to drain them.
05:16So we're going to hold it here for around ten seconds.
05:18It will drain off of them.
05:20We'll do these ones too.
05:22Come up, drain them.
05:24Probably ten seconds.
05:26And then we're done.
05:28We're going to lift this, two hands.
05:30And then we can put all of our old baskets right over here.
05:33And you can fill them for the next time.
05:35Same thing.
05:37Drop it in.
05:39And you always keep them separate?
05:41Yeah, exactly.
05:43Now we get our Equisoft.
05:45Fold it over.
05:47You don't have to shake it or anything like that.
05:49That's exactly what you need.
05:52And then we start making fries.
05:54We grab our medium part.
05:56Size, bottom.
05:57And then we're going to give these a quick toss.
05:59Give them a toss evenly.
06:01And then...
06:07Put them all the way in.
06:09Make sure they're all the way filled up.
06:11That's pretty good, I'll tell you.
06:19Are we allowed to give any to the fake news?
06:22Hey, by the way, did you see the crowds out there?
06:24For the fake news.
06:25They've never seen crowds like that.
06:27It took you a long time to beat that one, didn't it?
06:30That's a lot of people.
06:32What do you think, Doug?
06:34I've got to report back.
06:36There's something going on.
06:38Something's happening, Margo.
06:40Something's happening.
06:42That's not normal.
06:44Doug, you want to give it a try?
06:46I do.
06:48Grab the basket.
06:50I'm going to grab the basket, two hands.
06:52And then you can go right in.
06:53And then you can go right into here on the left.
06:55Slowly, gently, right here.
06:57Slowly, gently, lower it into the oil.
06:59Don't burn yourself.
07:01Up, down.
07:04There you go.
07:06And then we're going to hit our fry timer right here.
07:10That one's going good.
07:12Now we can drop another one, too.
07:14So we'll grab one more basket, two hands.
07:16We're going to put it right here.
07:18Lower it slowly into the oil.
07:20Don't let it burn.
07:21And then we're just going to hit our fry timer right here.
07:24Now we're waiting for that duty timer.
07:26When that duty timer comes up,
07:28again, hit the timer.
07:30Take it out of the oil slowly.
07:32Give it a little shake so that we don't get stuck together.
07:34And then lower it back into the oil.
07:36This one will probably go off before anybody else.
07:38There we go.
07:41Yep, you got it.
07:43Now lift it out of the oil, two hands.
07:45Yes, sir.
07:47Sir, can you slide on that?
07:48Slowly back into the oil.
07:50That's good.
07:53And we got another one going off.
07:55So duty timer right here.
07:57We're going to hit that button.
07:59Good.
08:01And then out of the oil.
08:03Shake.
08:05Back into the oil.
08:08And then our last one is going to go off.
08:10We'll give that a few seconds.
08:13I'm going to get a few more fries.
08:15All right, let's make some more.
08:16Got about 10,000 people out there.
08:18That's a big crowd, huh?
08:20Mr. Trump, why did you feel it was important
08:22to come here today?
08:24I love McDonald's.
08:26I love jobs.
08:28I like to see good jobs.
08:30And I think it's inappropriate
08:32when somebody puts down all over the place
08:34that she worked at McDonald's.
08:36It was a big part of her resume
08:38that she worked at McDonald's,
08:40how tough a job it was.
08:42She specifically worked at the french fry
08:44when they make the french fry.
08:46And she talked about the heat.
08:48It was so tough.
08:50She never worked at McDonald's.
08:52McDonald's just confirmed that again,
08:54by the way.
08:56She never worked at McDonald's.
08:58In other words, she's lying Kamala.
09:03It's a great setup, huh?
09:06So what's the second handle for a lefty?
09:08Exactly.
09:10So you have lefties at the head?
09:12Exactly, yes.
09:14And also sometimes we have no salt fries.
09:16Yes.
09:18That's where you're busy, right?
09:20Exactly, yes.
09:22So this one's about done.
09:2420 seconds on that one.
09:26That one's done.
09:28Once it starts beeping, we'll take a pull.
09:30We're going to hit the pull timer.
09:32We're going to lift it out of the oil.
09:34We're going to hook it over to here.
09:36Lift the handle up to let it drain.
09:38Give it like 10 seconds.
09:40Once it's done draining,
09:42we're going to bring it over to the left side,
09:44put it into there.
09:46Can you take a step back, sir?
09:48I pull.
09:50Exactly, and we're going to hook it right onto there.
09:52Shake it a little bit.
09:54Shake it and hook it right onto there.
09:56And then we're going to bring this handle
09:58up towards the sky.
10:00Get rid of the oil.
10:04And then that's good.
10:06We're going to bring them over
10:08directly to this one.
10:13Grab one while it's really hot.
10:14See if you can touch that sucker.
10:16We're going to bring that basket
10:18all the way over to the right
10:20and hang it right up there.
10:22We've got another pull timer.
10:24We're going to bring that one up.
10:26I'm going to take care of these.
10:28Okay.
10:37Right there.
10:45Put that right far right.
10:47Hang it right up there.
10:49Do you want to do the salt over here?
10:51I did these ones already.
10:53They're good.
10:55You've got to do that one right there.
10:57Can I give him extra salt?
10:59That's good.
11:01Right there.
11:03And then we're going to grab
11:05the fry scoop right here.
11:07Put it into there.
11:09Just give him a swirl.
11:11Step out.
11:12Start right here.
11:14Side, bottom.
11:16Step out.
11:21Never even touched it, huh?
11:23Wow, that's pretty good.
11:25Put it right up here on the fryer.
11:27Can I give it to these guys here?
11:29Take it.
11:31Want to do another one?
11:33Side, bottom.
11:35And then we're going to hold it like this.
11:37That way we don't squish it around.
11:39Exactly.
11:41Try to get another scoop in there.
11:43Just the back piece.
11:45Wow.
11:47Let's do a little bit more.
11:49Do you want to do another one?
11:51Yep.
11:53And then this one,
11:55we've got to dump it over here.
11:57This one's clear for us,
11:59so we can put it right into here.
12:01Let's go.
12:03Hold that there good.
12:05And then you can hang it up there.
12:07That's good.
12:08And then we're going to grab our salt.
12:12And then just one dump.
12:14Good, good, good.
12:16And then we're going to grab the fries here.
12:18Give it a little swirl.
12:20Get all that salt mixed up in there.
12:22Very good, very good.
12:25Cool.
12:27And we're going to take from these ones first.
12:29We're just first in, first out
12:31with the freshest ones.
12:32Open it up.
12:34Keep it tight.
12:37We've got the salt on her.
12:41It never touches the human hand.
12:43Very good, very good.
12:45Nice and full.
12:47Good.
12:49Do you want to do another one?
12:51Yeah.
12:53I'll grab it.
12:55There you go.
12:57Never touched by a human hand.
13:00Nice and clean.
13:02Of course, my hands are nice and clean.
13:07This guy's a good instructor.
13:09I appreciate it.
13:11I'm going to give a really big one
13:13so that they're just pouring out of there.
13:16How good is that, Margo?
13:18Here, Margo, have one.
13:20She's a winner.
13:22She's a winner.
13:24She's been with me a long time.
13:26She's the only one who can afford to have them.
13:29Do you want to keep going with the fries?
13:31No, I think it's good.
13:33How about we bag them now?
13:35Jojo is going to help you with the bag.
13:37Jojo, you're an expert at this.
13:39Let's go.
13:41Okay, President Trump,
13:43for our first order that's going out the window,
13:45we're going to need three medium fries.
13:47Would you like to put the medium fries in the bag?
13:49I think so, yeah.
13:51We'll do that.
13:53That's yours, right?
13:55Do they ever ask for more salt?
13:57Supposing we want some extra salt,
13:59can we just go like that?
14:01We will give them salt, thank you.
14:03Watch this sucker.
14:05I love salt.
14:07Wait a minute, I spilled some.
14:09I'm very superstitious.
14:12Now it's over the left shoulder.
14:14Let's go.
14:16We will start on this side.
14:18Yeah, fine.
14:21Put them in standing up, right?
14:24Jojo, you're an expert at this, huh?
14:27How long have you done this?
14:29How long have you been here?
14:31I've been working with Donald for 10 plus.
14:3310 plus, all different jobs.
14:35Is she doing a good job?
14:37She does an excellent job.
14:39She better, right?
14:41She does an excellent job.
14:43Beautiful, let's go.
14:48How many would you put in a bag like this?
14:50Like six you do?
14:51Six mediums.
14:53Five is fine.
14:55A first order is three medium fries.
14:57Are they waiting for you?
14:59No, it's very good.
15:01Let's go.
15:03Oh, I see, now I'm going to see that.
15:05Oh, that's your customer.
15:07Wow, that's pretty good.
15:09Okay, let's go.
15:11Can you believe this?
15:13Look at this guy.
15:15He's a maggot guy all the way.
15:17Okay, so for his first order.
15:19That's a good looking group.
15:22This is not a normal situation, is it?
15:25What a good looking family.
15:27How did you produce those people?
15:29They look like your wife.
15:31They look like your wife.
15:33How are you?
15:35Thank you.
15:37Thank you.
15:39There will be no charge.
15:41Trump is paying for it.
15:43Is that okay?
15:45Oh, you're doing some extra stuff.
15:47This is all on Trump.
15:49I'm allowed to do that, right?
15:51Yes.
15:53It's everything you said it would be.
15:55It's going to be the best.
15:57I made it myself.
15:59Thank you.
16:01Have a good time.
16:03Have a good time.
16:05That's great, isn't it?
16:07How cute.
16:09And next car?
16:11Do you like them both at the same time?
16:13Yes.
16:15Hello, how are you?
16:17You're a good looking guy.
16:19I love you.
16:21I promise.
16:23Thank you very much.
16:25That's on me, okay?
16:27Have a good time.
16:29Thank you very much.
16:31I'll see you at the White House.
16:33Thank you.
16:35Thank you very much.
16:37Hello, fellas, come on.
16:39We have another order coming in.
16:43And this is their order?
16:45Thousands of people.
16:47Hello, how are you?
16:49What a beautiful woman.
16:51I know.
16:53It's like the perfect looking person.
16:55That's a compliment.
16:57Thank you, darling.
16:59Hi, Mom.
17:01Thank you very much.
17:03Thank you, darling.
17:05You have a great mom?
17:07Good or great?
17:09That's right.
17:11Thank you very much.
17:13Thank you, darling.
17:15Wow, so nice.
17:17You're doing a good job.
17:19These are nice people we're meeting.
17:22Look at this guy.
17:24I'm not going to mess with him.
17:26How are you doing, sir?
17:28Hello.
17:30How are you, your new baby?
17:32How are you?
17:34This is a compliment to you.
17:36You go have a good time.
17:38Don't eat too much.
17:40Have a great day.
17:42Thank you, honey.
17:44Have a good time.
17:46That's cute.
17:48This is fun.
17:49I wouldn't mind this job.
17:51I like this job.
17:53I think I might come back and do it again.
17:55Thank you.
17:57Look at that.
17:59Thank you, Mr. President.
18:01Nice to see you.
18:03You made it possible for ordinary people like us to meet.
18:05You're not ordinary.
18:07Thank you so much, Mr. President.
18:09I can see.
18:11We pray for you.
18:13You are the type of person we want to be.
18:15Thank you so much.
18:17Thank you very much.
18:19Thank you, brother.
18:21Thank you very much.
18:23Beautiful wife.
18:25Yes, go ahead.
18:27Thank you so much.
18:29Thank you.
18:31Have a good day.
18:33God bless you.
18:35Great honor.
18:37Have fun.
18:39Hello, everybody.
18:41I'm having a lot of fun here, everybody.
18:43Oh, my God.
18:45Look at all the fake dudes over there.
18:47Hello, everybody.
18:49This is compliments of Trump, okay?
18:51Yes, thank you.
18:53Mr. President, please don't let the United States
18:55become Brazil, my native Brazil.
18:57We'll keep it good.
18:59We're going to make it better than ever, okay?
19:01Thank you.
19:03It was a pleasure, Mr. President.
19:05Thank you so much.
19:07Thank you over there.
19:09Have a good time.
19:11Nice to see you.
19:13Bye, darling.
19:15Thank you.
19:17How good are these people?
19:19I want more money.
19:21I'm going to definitely have French fries
19:23for the plane.
19:25Have you seen the people over there?
19:27That is thousands of people.
19:29It's great, huh?
19:31How are you?
19:33Nice to see you.
19:35This is my guy.
19:37Great cinematographer.
19:39Not enough.
19:41I want more.
19:43I want more money.
19:45I'll tell you what.
19:47It's a great franchise.
19:49If you look at really what's happening,
19:51look at the crowd over there.
19:53Look how happy everybody is.
19:55They're happy because they want hope.
19:57They need hope.
19:59That's what we're doing.
20:01We're going to give much more than hope.
20:03We're going to take hope and make it fact.
20:05Mr. President, you actually have worked
20:07at McDonald's now.
20:09Now I have worked at McDonald's.
20:11I've now worked for 15 minutes more than Kamala.
20:13She never worked here.
20:15I've now worked 15 minutes more than Kamala.
20:17I've now worked at McDonald's.
20:19I'm going to say why.
20:21Because she's lying Kamala.
20:23That's why.
20:25Why would she lie?
20:27She shouldn't lie about it.
20:29McDonald's confirms it four times now.
20:31She never worked here.
20:33But let's not talk about that.
20:35It's an amazing business.
20:37It's an amazing country.
20:39And we're going to make America
20:41greater than ever before.
20:43We're going to do it.
20:45And it's companies like this.
20:47It's a company that's three miles back.
20:49That's incredible.
20:51So, look at that.
20:57We'll be at the Pittsburgh game tonight.
20:59And we look forward to it.
21:01And it should be a good game.
21:03And, yeah, good team.
21:05They have a great coach.
21:07Pittsburgh, a great coach.
21:09And we'll see how it is.
21:14Well, this is a great job to take
21:15Es braucht Wissenschaft.
22:28Hier?
22:29Ich weiß nicht. Die Leute öffnen Trump-Stores überall im Land. Und sie sind wunderschön.
22:33Sie sagen, es ist nur zwei Blöcke entfernt.
22:35Es ist nah.
22:36Schauen Sie es sich an.
22:3710-15 Minuten.
22:38Ich mache es in zwei Sekunden.
22:40Sie haben Trump-Stores überall im Land. Ich bekomme nichts davon.
22:43Weißt du, was ich bekomme?
22:44Die Präsidentschaft. Das ist alles, was ich bekomme.
22:47Ich liebe diese Leute. Sie öffnen den Trump-Store. Sie machen es großartig.
22:50Und das macht mich gut fühlen.
22:52Danke. Wir schauen uns den Trump-Store an.
22:55Geheimdienst kann das machen. Ich mache es. Ich mag die Idee. Wir haben viel.
22:58Was ist Ihr Take-Out-Order?
23:00Ich weiß nicht. Was wollen Sie? Wollen Sie etwas?
23:02Frischkäse.
23:03Ich sage Ihnen etwas.
23:20Diese Leute bekommen nichts.
23:22Sie sind warm und bequem.
23:24Gut. Gib mir noch ein paar.
23:27Sie sind sehr nervös mit dem Produkt.
23:29Sie sind ein guter Arbeiter.
23:32Das sind die Leute, die Sie wollen.
23:34Ich gebe Ihnen ein paar Frischkäse.
23:3630 Reporter sagen das.
23:38Zwei in der Tasche?
23:40Ja, zwei in der Tasche.
23:42Wir werfen sie aus dem Fenster.
23:47Geht es Ihnen gut?
23:49Sehr gut, oder?
23:51Sehr gut.
23:53Viele Leute fragen, wann Sie nach McDonalds gehen.
23:55Und ich sage, lasst es uns machen.
23:57Wir haben den Eigentümer.
23:59Ein Freund von mir.
24:01Wie viele McDonalds haben Sie?
24:04Ich bin der Eigentümer.
24:06Ja, ja.
24:08Geht es Ihnen nicht gut?
24:10Ich weiß, dass Sie der Eigentümer sind.
24:12Wenn Sie McDonalds essen, gehen Sie zum Eigentümer.
24:14Es funktioniert sehr gut.
24:16Vielen Dank.
24:18Hier.
24:22Es gibt viele von ihnen für Sie.
24:24Danke.
24:26Möchten Sie sie zurücknehmen?
24:28Ja, sicher.
24:30Was denkst du?
24:33Sie hat kein Geld.
24:35Sie hat nie ...
24:37Sie wird kein Geld haben.
24:39Sie wird 500.000 Jobs haben.
24:41Und die Einkommen sind unbezahlt.
24:45Wie können Sie das schaffen?
24:47Ich denke, nur durch mich selbst zu sein.
24:49Ich will mich selbst machen.
24:51Ich will nur mich selbst machen.
27:14Sie erlauben so viele Menschen in diesem Land.
27:1621 Millionen Menschen.
27:1815.000 Ermittlungen von Tötern.
27:21Entschließungen von Gefängnissen auf der ganzen Welt.
27:24Vielen Dank, dass Sie gekommen sind.

28:08Und er hat natürlich alles gut.
28:11Er wird mich manchmal anrufen.
28:13Ich denke, er würde sich gerne darauf kümmern.
28:18Gestern Morgen.
28:20Und ein paar Tage zuvor.
28:24Das kann ich nicht sagen.
28:26Das wäre sehr unangemessen.
28:29Aber sie sind sicherlich in einer besseren Position.
28:31Und glücklicherweise haben sie nichts von Biden gehört.
28:34Von Harris.
28:35Ihr wisst, wer Harris ist, richtig?
28:38Sie wollten...
28:40Sie wollten ihm das nicht tun.
28:42Und es wäre jetzt viel sicherer gewesen,
28:44wenn sie das tun hätten.
28:46Sie haben Biden oder Harris nicht gehört.
28:50Wir gehen zum nächsten Stopp.
28:56Ich denke, diese Leute arbeiten hart.
28:58Sie sind großartig.
29:00Und ich habe gerade etwas gesehen.
29:02Es ist wunderschön,
29:04dass sie so viele Jobs produzieren.
29:06Und es gibt auch tolle Leute hier.
29:08Es ist ein wirklich gutes Fahrzeug.
29:10So ist es für mich.
29:14Ist Kamala special?
29:16Ist sie 60 Jahre alt?
29:18Ja, ich würde sagen,
29:20Glückwunsch, Kamala.

30:12Ich bin hier seit 12 Tagen.
30:14Ist es ein guter Ort?
30:16Werdet ihr hier mit 10.000 Leuten
30:18oder vielleicht ...
30:20Das sind viele Leute, oder?
30:22Das ist beeindruckend, oder?
30:24Sehr beeindruckend.

30:32Sie haben etwas Schlechtes getan.
30:34Sie wurden gefangen.
30:36Mit der Hand in der Kuchenmaschine,
30:38wie sie sagen.
30:40Das war nicht gut. 60 Minuten.
30:42Keine Sorge.
30:44Sie werden das nicht aufschreiben.
