00:00Another game. I kind of had this one circle just because like I mentioned on the postgame
00:07show that you and I do plenty of times is that Seahawks have this tendency to just kind
00:11of resurrect in the second half and they've put up a decent fights versus good teams this
00:14season but the Falcons were starting to show more of a complete game from offense to defense
00:18to special teams but didn't give them a victory today. No Seahawks get the W 34 to 14 and
00:25slow first quarter. Big battle between both of these teams. Second quarter Seahawks go off so
00:30we saw early signs of life before waiting for the second half. Third quarter they pick up a
00:35touchdown. Fourth quarter they solidify this victory. So what did you see in this matchup?
00:39Gino Smith only 200 and I say only just because of what we've seen versus other formidable
00:43defenses but Gino Smith only 207 passing yards, 18 of 28 and then two touchdowns,
00:49no turnovers. Kenneth Walker 69 on the ground and then Metcalf 99 through the air.
00:54Yeah from this game again I think the player stats are a bit deceiving when you see Robinson
00:59for the Falcons having over 100 yards on the ground and Kirk Cousins also has 232 in the air.
01:04It's like they move the ball and then they turn it over and then they're really effective at
01:07moving the ball and then they turn it over again. That's what I think is like the main
01:11point for the Falcons where we're seeing good stuff out of Kyle Pitts like he's actually
01:14emerging. A lot of people have been waiting myself included for him to finally emerge
01:18as a consistent option in any offense that he's in. A little bit slow game from Drake
01:22London overall but when it comes to DK, this is the thing I wanted to note when I spoke about
01:27Devontae Adams at the beginning, or not last week, oh yeah Thursday game when they played last,
01:32DK Metcalf had 11 targets. He ended up with three or four receptions for 38 yards. He had the
01:37touchdown callback on a penalty and I said we can continuously buy into DK Metcalf when we're
01:43going to see a player that has 11 targets. Now he did leave the game a little bit early. He had
01:48seven targets. Those yards are going to be there for DK Metcalf time and time again,
01:53even after a slow week because he has this big playability. So he catches the long pass,
01:58which was thrown by JSN, Jackson, Smith, and Jago, wasn't Geno, and he ends up catching
02:02a touchdown. I spoke about DK heavily. I tweeted about him for over on yards. When players have
02:07high involvement in offense, they're going to get there on yards eventually. It doesn't matter if
02:11one low game happens. So great win for the Seahawks to bounce back after a three-game losing streak.
02:16The Falcons, their offense gets going. They need to iron out the turnovers and ultimately I think
02:21they'll be fine. Their defense obviously needs a lot of work. Yeah, and two of those turnovers
02:26coming from Kurt Cousins with the interception. So outside of that, we can slightly spotlight the
02:31fact that the Seahawks were able to hold the Falcons to 14 points, but a team kind of worked
02:36against themselves in a number of ways because I think it's a great point out. The statistics
02:40don't really back up what you watch in that matchup so much, but...
