00:00Amen.
00:30Now, thank you to Pastor Dave for leaving us this speaker and going to be utilizing it here and there for some of our sounds during the service.
00:44Alright, well how are you kids today? You're good? Okay.
00:48I'm going to ask here, who's the strongest out of all of you?
00:55Who's the strongest?
00:57They're looking at Katie or Kylie. Or maybe it's an alley. Are you the strongest one? No?
01:03So who's the strongest? Katie or Kylie?
01:07Rock, paper, scissors I guess?
01:12Alright. Kylie. Yes.
01:17I'm going to ask you to do something for me.
01:24Don't hurt yourself truly though. See how heavy it is first.
01:27Just kind of test out, see how heavy it is.
01:30Is it pretty heavy? Do you think you could lift it?
01:33Maybe? Okay.
01:35I don't want you to do it because I don't want your dad and mom to get upset if you hurt yourself.
01:40But let me show you something. There's no magic to this.
01:43Take this side of it. Okay?
01:46Now try to lift it. One, two, three, go.
01:49Whoa. World's strongest woman.
01:53Alright. You know there was no magic.
01:56You had help from your uncle, right?
02:00Now, there's a verse in the Bible that's very simple.
02:03And I want you to say it after me. It goes 2 Corinthians 12 10.
02:11When I am weak, then I am strong.
02:18That sounds kind of weird, right?
02:20When I am weak, then I am strong.
02:23How is it possible that when you're weak and tired, and using the example of Kylie there,
02:31you're not able to lift up things, or let's use a spiritual term,
02:37you're not able to carry your burdens on your back.
02:41Well, that's the lesson. Very simply.
02:44That verse, when I am weak, then I am strong, is talking about how when we are at our weakest,
02:51it is then that Jesus and his strength to help us to carry those burdens,
02:59it is then that we are our strongest and our best.
03:03Katie, you try it with me now.
03:06Let's lift it. One, two, three.
03:08Ah, there you go. That was light, right?
03:11No, not really? Yeah.
03:14But it was lighter because I helped you.
03:16But make no mistake, children, that when you are weak,
03:20you rely on the power of God that Jesus Christ has given you, and you, and you, and you, and you.
03:27Every single one of us who believes in Jesus and is saved by his grace through our faith in him,
03:33he will strengthen us and he will give us power at all times.
03:37Okay? I want you to remember that.
03:39Now, let's pray.
03:41You'll have your Sunday school.
03:43Thank you again for your attendance, and thank you again for serving the Lord
03:47with your singing voices and your smiling faces.
03:50Let's give them a hand.
03:55Let's pray.
03:56Sorry, you're not used to that.
03:58Let's pray.
03:59Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for giving strength and power and abilities
04:09to those who believe in your Son, Jesus Christ.
04:16Lord Jesus, help me in my weakness.
04:21When I've got my worst, you are strongest, and I am also strong.
04:30In your name I pray, amen.
04:34Amen.
