01:24Parasite under Article 246 of the Revised Penal Code that on or about
01:31October 8, 2024, in the city of Antipolo and within the jurisdiction of this
01:38honorable court, the accused, Lilet Matias, armed with a steel gavel replica,
01:45willfully and unlawfully assaulted and bludgeoned, her biological mother, Meredith
01:52Simons, with evident premeditation and intent to kill, inflicting mortal wounds
01:58which directly caused the instantaneous death of the victim, contrary to law.
