00:00Alright guys, we are back with another requested video the iPhone 11 versus the s21 FE and just take it a second to just

00:17but yeah, so
00:19these are two phones that are really good older flagships that you guys should definitely consider and
00:26At the end, I'll tell you guys which one I would personally go with I think it's kind of an obvious choice if you're not
00:32You know, I'll get I'll explain why
00:35But let's start with the price the one of the biggest differences, you know the price you can find the s21 FE for
00:42235 and again, that's on Amazon or eBay and
00:46The iPhone is typically going for around 300 bucks
00:49It might be a little bit cheaper on eBay, but it's typically closer to that $300 price range
00:54So the cheapest I saw it on eBay was like 267 or something like that. So
00:59The s21 FE it is going to be a little bit cheaper as well
01:03Which I know is as important especially if you or are overseas
01:07Alright, so let's go ahead and just jump into it here
01:10Alright, so one of the biggest pros with the s21 FE is that the display is just you know, it's just way better, right?
01:18So it's got a 6.4 inch
01:20Dynamic AMOLED display. It's 120 Hertz HDR 10 plus
01:241080p 403 for the PPI and then on the iPhone it has a 6.1 inch retina LCD display
01:32and then it is a 720p plus 326 for the PPI and
01:37It's just no comparison as you guys can see the dynamic AMOLED display. It's just so much better
01:43There's no big notch like the iPhone 11 and also it's 120 Hertz
01:48So it's just a much smoother
01:51Display as well to just navigating through the phone. It just feels like I'm faster and more fluid phone for sure
01:58Just you know, just swiping and stuff like that
02:00So overall for display hands down the s21 FE if you watch a lot of movies or just whatever on your phone
02:07Doesn't really matter gaming whatever you're gonna enjoy the experience on the s21 FE
02:13Like I said, it beats it in resolution refresh rate
02:17The notch versus the punch hole so it beats it in almost every category slimmer bezels as well, too
02:22So it's a really really good
02:25Display now hardware wise these two phones both have ip68 dust and water resistant
02:30But the iPhone is a full glass and metal phone
02:33so it does feel a little bit more premium since it does have the glass on the back as opposed to the metal sides on
02:40The s21 FE but the plastic back now again
02:44You can make a case for the plastic being more durable. Of course if you drop this like right, you know
02:49The plastic is not gonna crack like glass would so easily
02:53So that's one thing and I think these are two very nice-looking phones for older flagship phones as well, too
03:00So and the the rails on these phones actually look pretty similar as well
03:04And if you look the s21 FE obviously a little bit taller
03:09But they both are very comfortable in the hands because they both
03:13They don't have the sharp edges
03:15So they're very comfortable phones to hold and they're not too big so you can kind of one hand these phones a little bit
03:20Now both these phones are blazing fast
03:23You can see that the s21 FE running Android 13 has a snapdragon 865 chip on it
03:29We also have 128 gigs of internal storage and 6 gigs of RAM. And then we have Apple's a 13 chip on here
03:37We also have 64 gigs of internal storage and 4 gigs of RAM
03:40So you do get a little bit more storage with the s21 FE as well, too
03:45Now you can see what these scores
03:46You can see the iPhone doesn't really really well for older flagship phone and actually beats it in the single core and they're almost pretty
03:54Close in the multi-core score now for real world use both phones are pretty fast
04:00But I would say the s21 FE because of the 120 Hertz
04:04It does feel a lot smoother as well
04:07But in terms of launching applications and stuff like that, you're not gonna see that much big of a difference
04:13When it comes to just the overall bouncing in and out of applications
04:18Like I said the s21 FE it just feels smoother with scrolling and stuff like that
04:23Definitely can you know 120 Hertz compared to 60 Hertz? It is a pretty big difference here
04:28But like I said, the iPhone is very very fast even when launching games and stuff like that
04:33So that's why I said the iPhone 11 is very impressive
04:37But you can see man the score was faster on the iPhone 11 with the s21
04:42It's actually just blowing through it opening everything up a little bit faster. So yeah, so you guys can see
04:49you know, that's why it's the
04:51You know benchmarks and stuff like that. I don't I don't really harp on them too much because you can see the you know
04:58Sometimes the optimizations are the gaming experience is pretty good on both devices for a game like pub G
05:05We can play pretty smoothly at HDR extreme. So it's pretty consistent with these 60 frames
05:11So both these phones are pretty good for you know, a budget gaming device
05:15But I think the gaming experience is a little bit better on the s21 FE
05:20Simply because of the better display. Like I said, they both play at HDR extreme
05:25So they both can play, you know games at 60 frames, but like I said games that support the high refresh rate
05:32Like us like one of the Sonic games I was playing it supports 120 Hertz
05:36It makes a big difference games that are really fast paced and stuff like that if it does support
05:42You know the high refresh rate
05:43So I think gaming experience, you know is gonna be better on the s21 FE if you're buying it
05:49You know choosing between these two phones and you play a lot of games. I would definitely pick the s21 phones have stereo speakers
05:55So let's go ahead and test them out max volume

06:42Really good sound on both especially if you cover both bottom speakers
06:46I do like the way the s21 FE sounds it sounds like it has a clear
06:51Sound but the iPhone does sound like it has a little bit more bass
06:54But the sound does sound a little bit more crisp on the s21 FE for sure
06:59So I do want to talk about the biometrics you do have face ID on the iPhone
07:04Which is great, but what I like about Android in particular is that you have, you know, the fingerprint scanner
07:11but you also can take advantage of
07:13The you know face unlock as well. So I do like having two methods
07:19So that's just something I prefer but they both do a good job by metrics, but you do get that second option
07:25Alright guys, let's talk about cameras. Be sure to let me know which camera you thought took the best photos

07:31So the s21 does have a 12 megapixel scanner in an 8 megapixel telephoto
07:36It can do three times optical zoom and then a 12 megapixel ultra wide
07:40So you do have you know an extra camera on here the telephoto lens
07:45So with the iPhone it only has two cameras, but we'll get to that a little later
07:49It does have the 32 megapixel selfie cam and then it shoots in 4k 60 on the front and back
07:54the iPhone has two 12 megapixel cameras and
07:58It just has that ultra wide and then the main lens it shoots in 4k 60 on the front and back as well in a 12

09:35So I want to go ahead and talk about the battery situation so the
09:41S21 does have a 4,500 milliamp hour battery and 25 watt charging wireless charging and reverse wireless charging
09:49The iPhone has a 3,100 milliamp hour battery, and then it also has wireless charging as well, too
09:55The battery's life is better on the s21 FE for sure
10:00It just seems like it gets better battery life than the iPhone
10:03But again my phone it does get pretty good battery life. It lasts me a day
10:07but again my battery health is not like it's not you know a hundred percent and
10:12I'm not sure what the battery health on this one is but
10:15Both of these phones can last definitely six hours of screen on time pretty easily
10:20But you do have a just a better battery situation on the s21 you have reverse wireless charging and you also have faster
10:28Charging on here as well, too
10:29All right, so I definitely think the s21 FE is definitely a better buy
10:36Unless you just really like iOS and you really want FaceTime and iMessage and stuff like that
10:41Then you know you're gonna get an iPhone regardless, but the s21 FE it does just pretty much seem like the better phone
10:48It's got the better display
10:50On here, I thought the cameras were better
10:52And then you also have just a ton of awesome Samsung features on here as well to like Samsung desktop support

11:02Yeah, I just think it's a better phone is just as fast as the iPhone as well, too
11:06I think the battery lasts a little bit longer, and I think the hardware is just really great on here
