00:00What's up guys, it's been a while since we did the pub G
00:03Drain test and I wanted to do the s24 ultra versus the older Samsung flagships
00:09The reason is because we'll get a good idea for anybody with a older used
00:14You know Samsung flagship you will see the difference between battery life
00:19And this is a more kind of hardcore use of just playing just straight-up pub G here
00:23So let's go ahead and see we got the s21 note 20 s20 and note 10 plus
00:27These are the phones all phones have been charged to a hundred percent and let's go ahead and get started
00:33We're gonna go ahead and launch a pub G here and we're gonna go ahead and max out the brightness on all of these as well

00:41All right, we're gonna go ahead and start the timer. We got pub G on here
00:49Gonna go ahead and start the timer and
00:51We're at still at ninety nine to a hundred percent on all of these phones here for the most part
01:00And all of these are the snapdragon models
01:05They don't sell the Xenon models here in the u.s
01:08So, you know, I can't get my hands on those but we're gonna play pub G at the max settings on all of these phones
01:15So we're gonna play 90 frames on the ones that can support it
01:18I think that's all of them except for the note 10 plus it can do HDR extreme. So that's what it will be on
01:27So I'm really curious to see what type of battery life we get
01:33How much big of a difference
01:35I'm gonna say that we should get around six hours and 30 minutes on the s24
01:40The rest of these phones should do close to four hours. It just straight-up gave me but you know
01:46We'll see and the funny thing here. Is that just look at how nice these displays are
01:52But not just how nice the displays are
01:54they all play really well like the the s24 is playing just as good as
02:00the older ones pretty much they pretty much look identical and
02:05The only real difference you can tell with the the note is that it's not running in 90 frames
02:10You could you could feel it when you you know, you touch the screen
02:13But it's still pretty smooth for 60 frames
02:18But yeah, so we're gonna do this and
02:20Sort of I guess our
02:22Increments and we're gonna come back and see but we're still on 98 on the note 10 99 on the s20

02:35We're still at a hundred percent on the s24. So let's come back in an hour and see what we get here

02:44The note 10 plus is at 78% the s20 ultra is at 84%
02:50The note 20 is at 79% and the s21 is at 79% and the s24
02:57Ultra is at 88%
02:59Pretty good so far. I haven't not had any type of closes or anything like that

03:07Everything has been going pretty smooth. The devices are definitely getting a little bit warm here to the touch
03:16as well, nothing that's too
03:19Hot or anything like that. But like I said have not experienced any type of
03:24Crashes on these phones at all. So that's really good

03:34Hopefully I did mention we are at max brightness on all these phones as well, too
03:43But so far it's doing what about what I expected so I think the older phones can probably only do four hours
03:56I mean the the s20 is actually doing way better than I thought
04:00But we'll see our guys we are approaching the two-hour mark the note 10 plus is at 64%

04:49But I think what's pretty interesting here is that this phone has a bigger battery than the note 20
04:55But the note 20 is at 46% the note 20 ultra has a 4,500 milliamp hour battery
05:00This has a you know a 5,000 milliamp hour battery
05:04So I think that's pretty interesting. So you see it kind of like that big difference there
05:09the s21 is at 39% and we're at 65% so the s24 and
05:16The s20 ultra are kind of like, you know, really close. I'm really impressed with the the s20 ultra here
05:25All right, so the note 10 plus is at 27% the s20 took a pretty big dip it's at
05:3248% now and the note 20 is at 29%
05:36The s21 is looking like it's doing the worst at 21% and the s24 is still at
05:4461% Oh man, this is crazy. Hi guys. We are getting really close to the 5-hour mark and the
05:52s21 is about to die at

06:02See the note 10 plus 10%. Yeah, they're all about to die. Yes 20 is still at 35%

06:36Here and I'll continue to be watching these but it looks like the note 20 ultra
06:41It is on 5% as well. And the s20 is on 30% And yeah, I'm not sure why the s20 lasts
06:48It's so much longer. Um, the only thing I think of is that it does have that 5,000 milliamp hour battery, but
06:56Yeah, I don't know the s21 does but I know this chipset is way less efficient in terms of heat
07:02Then the snapdragon 865 chipset as well. The s24 is at 40% So it looks like it could probably
07:11Might get up to like 7 hours

07:16We're approaching the 7 hour mark and the galaxy note 20 ultra like I said died 525

07:2854 and the s20 here is still going at 6%
07:34So it looks like it might die it going to 7 hours. It's absolutely crazy
