00:05Moreno who's gonna be 93. I mean like a pinch yourself moment to say the least

00:11yeah yeah. How are you? I'm good. Are you ready? Are you ready? Beginning of this

00:17whole gladiator moment so it's like. Is that what it's called a gladiator moment? Yes now it is.

00:25No it's the beginning of this now so it's like overwhelming exciting we had

00:29our first responses last night and we're super proud of how it's landed. Everyone

00:34I haven't seen it yet but everyone is saying like because they've only had one

00:39screening and I couldn't make last night. No because you know what I don't want to

00:44I don't want. Tell me about the fight scenes the action sequences when you got

00:51home at night were you just like what like do you just pop the Advil the

00:57Tylenol what do you do? You do you know the sand is incredibly coarse so it

01:02actually wasn't necessarily bumps and bruises it was like scrapes so lots of

01:06yeah yeah lots of that so Arnica and a stiff drink and then go to bed. What was

01:12it like seeing yourself as a gladiator for the first time in the full regala?

01:18The costume fitting was a moment for me in my head where you put it on and then

01:22you realize there's no turning back. Yeah you have to fill the

01:27costume both physically and kind of metaphorically but I'm really proud of

01:32how it's turned out. Were you wearing your little soccer shorts underneath the

01:36gladiator? For emotional support not much structural support there but emotional

01:41support. And quickly merrily we roll along. It's rolling along yeah there's

01:48Come on just sing a little for me just sing a little for me. I'll talk to you about this

01:53extensively in 15 years. 15 years? It's wild. Yeah. The show is incredible did you go see it on

02:01Broadway? I did yeah extraordinary extraordinary piece of work yeah. What kind of vocal

02:05training did you do are you a singer? I did a bit of musical theater growing up

02:09but it's I haven't done a full-on something like this I'm glad we're not

02:14doing eight shows a week I'm glad it's like split up over 20 years 20 years so

02:19there's time for the voice to recover between each segment but yeah
