00:08Welcome to MissMojo, and today we're counting down our picks for the most jaw-dropping transformations
00:13these reality show plastic surgeons have pulled off, all to fix botched surgeries, accidents
00:18and medical disorders.
00:20A year ago, I didn't know what the future would hold for me.
00:24And here we are today.
00:25I mean, it's incredible.

00:29Tequima
00:30This lady strolled into a hospital in Mexico for a simple tummy tuck and walked out with
00:34a lot more than she bargained for.
00:36And about three years ago, I lost some more weight, but then I started noticing my skin
00:40was very flabby, and so I decided to go down to Mexico and get surgery.
00:44Her routine tummy tuck turned into a Brazilian butt lift, which snowballed into getting butt
00:49implants.
00:50Unfortunately, these implants began compressing an important nerve, which caused her serious
00:55pain.
00:56And yet, her butt was left so misshapen that she nicknamed it her dunkum derriere, because
01:01they looked like a pair of basketballs.
01:03I want these things out, and I want to have my butt back again, right?
01:08I had one before, so I know it still has to be there.
01:11Thankfully, the botched doctors stepped in, removed the implants, and gave Tequima a proper
01:15butt lift.
01:16It ended up a bit flatter than she had hoped, but at least this derriere won't be getting
01:20dunked on anymore.
01:22In the mid-2000s, after Raji began her transition, she wanted a more feminine appearance.
01:41So she opted for filler injections in her face, and turned to someone she believed to
01:46be a local doctor.
01:47But instead of silicone, what Raji got was a cocktail of concrete, tire sealant, mineral
01:52oil, and glue, which soon hardened and gave her face a droopy look.
01:58So I went to get my face done first.
02:00What did she inject first?
02:02Well, concrete.
02:03Eventually, she made her way to Botched, and through a series of surgeries, had most of
02:07the concrete removed.
02:08Although the lumps resurfaced after a while, causing Raji to return to the show, the doctors
02:13managed to get rid of them, and gave her a lift, both in her looks and her love life.

02:28Crystal
02:29Unwanted facial hair is a common concern, but for Crystal, hers came with a very unexpected
02:33twist.
02:34As a child, Crystal was attacked by a dog, and lost a significant chunk of her face.
02:48To fix this, doctors replaced the missing flesh from her face with a skin graft from
02:52her groin.
02:53Things appeared normal for a while, that is, of course, until Crystal began growing actual
02:57pubic hair on her face.
02:59Talk about a hairy situation.
03:07Correcting such a mistake could have easily gone wrong and left Crystal looking even more
03:11disfigured.
03:12But the skilled Botched doctors did so without ruining her facial structure.
03:16Now she can confidently drop her daughter off at school without feeling overly self-conscious.
03:22After having my daughter, I am very nervous about how other kids would treat her because
03:26of how I look.

03:28Caitlyn
03:29A lot can go wrong on a float trip, and for this lady, it seemed like everything did.
03:35Two years before her appearance on Botched, Caitlyn fell off of a rope swing and smashed
03:39her knee on a rock ledge.
03:46Not only did she fracture her knee bone, but she was also left with a gaping wound, practically
03:51begging for an infection.
03:53And it got one.
03:54Caitlyn nearly lost her leg in the process, and while the initial fix saved it, it left
03:58her knee looking pretty rough, with loose skin hanging around.
04:12With time ticking away, the Botched doctors were able to revamp Caitlyn's leg, giving
04:16her knee a much more natural look than when she first limped in.

04:29Jessie
04:30This woman's decision to get breast augmentation came as a result of feeling insecure after
04:33she was cheated on not once, but twice.
04:36However, after her first surgery, the rejection came from an unexpected source, her own body.
04:46The implants ruptured through her skin, leaving Jessie with only one breast for several years.
04:53It was now up to the Botched doctors to fix the situation.
05:05Though the first surgery seemed to go well, the implant ruptured again and had to be taken
05:09out.
05:10Ironically, this left Jessie with thicker skin, literally giving the doctors sufficient
05:14material to reconstruct her breasts.
05:16At least that's one less rejection she has to worry about now.

05:23Monica
05:24After getting lip fillers in her 20s, Monica seemed to have been injected with a substance
05:28that was contaminated.
05:30This resulted in her developing a severe infection that needed more surgeries to correct.
05:44But instead of fixing the problem, these surgeries only made things worse, leaving her with uneven
05:49and painfully tight lips.
05:51Even smiling became a Herculean task.
05:58To remedy the situation, Dr. Paul Nassif took some skin graft from her shoulder, which he
06:02used to give Monica a fuller upper lip.
06:04This, in addition to fixing the scarring around her chin, finally provided the solution that
06:0920 previous surgeries failed to achieve, giving Monica back her ability to smile.

06:26Shelly
06:27Unlike most botched patients who come in to fix plastic surgery mishaps, Shelly's case
06:30was a vastly different story.
06:32Shelly came to the doctors with a gaping hole in her nose, the result of a rare form of
06:37skin cancer called Morpheiform Basal Cell Carcinoma.
06:47Dr. Paul Nassif initially estimated it might take up to 5 surgeries to repair, but he managed
06:51to put it off in just 4.
06:53Using ear cartilage and a skin flap from her forehead, Nassif was able to craft Shelly
06:58a new nose, complete with a healthy blood supply.
07:08In doing so, he didn't just rebuild her nose, he also restored her confidence and
07:12transformed her outlook on life.

07:19Kofa
07:20Like Shelly, Kofa's troubles began with a medical condition.
07:28She had been living with sarcoidosis, an autoimmune disease that went undiagnosed for years and
07:34drastically changed her facial appearance.
07:36To boost her self-esteem, Kofa decided to get a breast augmentation, only to end up
07:40with uneven and misshapen results due to encapsulation.
07:53Clearly this case required all hands on deck.
07:56As both doctors, Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif joined forces to give Kofa the extreme makeover
08:02she had been dreaming of.
08:04With a spanking new face and a new pair of breasts, Kofa was ready to hit the town, and
08:08best believe the town was more than ready to receive her.

08:15Rasheera
08:16Having been born with two extremely rare disorders, Rasheera came into the world without a right
08:20jawbone and ear.
08:22As a result, she had to undergo countless reconstructive surgeries, racking up over
08:26a hundred procedures before finally meeting the botched doctors.
08:36These specialists worked their magic by replacing the missing tissue in her right ear with skin
08:41from her other ear and abdomen, then reshaping the ear to match the appearance to the left
08:46The goal would be for him to actually assist me try to do something with that ear to make
08:52it look more natural for you.
08:54They also fitted her with a bone-conducting hearing implant on the right side to improve
08:58her hearing.
08:59For the final touch, the doctors injected fat from her stomach into her face to give
09:03her a fuller, more balanced look.

09:45Even after seven reconstructive surgeries, Hope was still displeased with all of the
09:48scarring on her face, which only fuelled her insecurities.
09:51To make matters worse, she also had trouble breathing properly.

10:08They assembled a powerhouse team of six surgeons who performed a fat graft to smooth out her
10:12scars and cleared her airway.
10:15Weeks later, the Botched team had succeeded in giving Hope a far less scarred appearance
10:19and a lot more hope for the future.
