00:00And a lot of very young fans.
00:02It could be maybe their first sort of sense of death, almost,
00:06and loss, really, you know?
00:07And, as you say, they may never have met him,
00:10but they felt like they had. They do. He was part of their lives.
00:13So it is... I remember Freddie Mercury passing away in my younger days
00:16and being so devastated.
00:17I just couldn't believe that this incredible talent was taken.
00:20That's it. And for me, it was Lisa Left Eye Lopez. Yes.
00:23And you kind of have this idea that these young people don't die.
00:25Exactly. They're immortal and they're going to go on forever.
00:28They're going to be part of your lives as you grow up.
00:30And that loss is a whole new set of feelings for them.
00:33And that's why people do need support in these situations.
00:36And social media can help and indeed hinder, though, can't it?
00:39It can, because you're flooded with all these pictures,
00:41all these tributes, and you want to stay connected to Liam.
00:45And that might be your way of doing so.
00:47But that's not great if you're doing it all the time.
00:49You need to dip in and out of it.
00:50So make sure you take time away.
00:52Talk to people if you are feeling very low.
00:55And if you are that person that person comes to talk to,
00:57listen and be supportive.
00:59And there are charities out there that can help.
01:01There are grief charities, things like Cruise, the Good Grief Trust.
01:04So go online and get some help if you do.
