00:00After more than a year of hiding, the authorities have arrested the number one most wanted person in Binondo, Manila

00:10because of the case of the murder of a suspect to his accomplice, Denise Osorio, in Centro ng Balita.

00:19Calaboso is a man who hid for more than a year because of the murder of his accomplice in Binondo, Manila in September 2023.

00:28The top one most wanted person in the district level, Alias Darwin, was also arrested.

00:33But even though Alias Darwin confessed to the case in Manila Police District, he immediately changed his mind in front of the media.

00:39He said he can't do it.

00:50A shooting incident in Parola Compound in Binondo, Manila was reported last year.

00:56They told me that I was killed. I don't know if I was killed or not.

01:01Darwin also added that he doesn't have a gun to commit the crime.

01:05He said it's impossible for this to happen, especially since he was in prison during those times in the case of drug possession.

01:12But the relatives of the victim, who is Alias Darwin, are positive that he was the one who shot.

01:17We went to the inside of Parola in Barangay 275, Zone 25 where the shooting took place.

01:23We personally saw the place where the shooting took place.

01:27The victim was running away when the suspect suddenly approached and shot him in the back, particularly in the chest.

01:34According to the relative of the victim, there are witnesses of the shooting.

01:39It hurts us because we compared the death to him.

01:44Before he was shot, there was a window to him.

01:50He didn't mention it to us.

01:54That's why we were shocked by what happened to him.

01:58He said he has a debt.

02:02I think it's a big debt. But he didn't tell me that he has a trash can.

02:08According to the Manila Police District,

02:10the Manila RTC Branch 12 issued a warrant of arrest on December 22, 2023.

02:17And because of the intelligence-driven operation, the accused was found in Bulacan.

02:22It's obvious that he will refuse, but the evidence against him is strong.

02:26And in his warrant, there is no recommendation of bail.

02:30The accused was charged with murder against Alias Darwin.

02:34According to the barangay officials,

02:36they approached the authorities in case they receive any evidence,

02:39so that he will not be charged with a heinous crime.
