00:26The funding is part of the Php 125 million confidential fund spent by the OVP within 11 days.

00:47The COA said that they have no other details about the safe houses.
00:51According to the OVP Accomplishment Report, the funds were used to implement the OVP Initiatives and Confidence Building.
01:00In 2023, the OVP spent Php 37 million in confidential funds to rent safe houses.
01:07The OVP's six officials were subpoenaed for not attending the hearing.
01:13In a statement, the OVP argued that there is no need for a hearing because it did not follow the OVP's aid of legislation.
01:20Because of that, the OVP officials did not need to attend the hearing.
