00:08early in my tenure as CEO going through the admissions crisis. The other thing I always say
00:13to people is when's the best time to solve a problem. And they kind of look at me perplexed.
00:17I said the minute you know you have one because problems rarely get smaller. I think the other
00:23thing that it's important to know is it's all about the people. I mean the people of your
00:27company are what distinguish you from others in the industry. And so making sure you have
00:33an engaged workforce that feels empowered feels valued is something we continue to work on.
00:39So it's about the people. It's about doing the right thing. It's about solving problems.
