The first episode of the new five-part documentary series Our Farm Next Door: Amanda, Clive and Kids aired on Monday, October 14.

The series follows the Owen family while they revive a historic farmhouse, locally known as Anty Johns, that they plan to use as a residence in the future.

In the first episode, Amanda delved into the house’s history alongside historian Derek who uncovered the fascinating story of Anthony Clarkson, a Swaledale mapmaker and diarist who lived there in the mid-1800s. Viewers have reacted to the first episode.
