00:00For the SPM test in 2023, as many as 10,160 candidates were not present for the test.
00:10And if compared to the data or statistics in 2022,
00:17as many as 14,858 candidates were not present for the test.
00:25So we see a decrease of more than 4,700 compared to 2022.
00:37The KPM always knows the sources of non-present candidates.
00:42The test candidates are more detailed,
00:45so the focus can be taken.
00:48Based on the analysis from the KPM,
00:53among the sources of non-present are
00:561. Employees 2. School stoppers
01:003. Family problems 4. School transfer
01:035. Illnesses 6. Other factors
01:06Indeed, the KPM has made an analysis of the factors
01:12so that we are able to carry out the intervention.
01:15In connection with that, the KPM in its current action
01:19has designed an intervention plan
01:21and implemented measures against non-present programs.
01:25We have non-present intervention programs,
01:28but what I state here are the current programs.
01:321. Implementation of special powers
01:35to prevent the presence of SPM candidates in 2024-2025.
01:412. Ability to use psychometric interpretation
01:45to gather information on psychological threats
01:48from the point of view of the candidate and the soul
01:50to help the candidate recognize their personality
01:55and make decisions based on their own abilities.
01:583. Implementation of the SPM Preparation Program
02:03through initiatives such as the School Stopper Program, etc.
02:084. Implementation of focus activities
02:11such as charity visits by PIPG, PIPKS
02:15and other groups.
02:17Recently, in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance,
02:22the KPM and the Ministry of Finance have launched
02:26the Semarang Potensi Malaysia program
02:29which is also a focus for the SPM program in secondary schools.
02:37At the same time, we also have a system
02:44called the SPM Detection System
02:47through the E-Profile System for Student Success
02:50which we use to collect data on students after SPM.
02:58The KPM is confident that with the continued efforts
03:01and the commitment of all parties,
03:03we can ensure that this group is not directly affected
03:09by the education system.
