00:00Yeah, most definitely. I think the one thing I, a lot of draws and where we were close, I think it was more of a,
00:09last year was more about exposing the players to situations where they could manage themselves better.
00:15We probably felt short in managing that probably a lot. So, we're going to need to develop them to a point where
00:21they can manage the game better, where we can get in front, we can follow through and win the match.
00:28So, again, you have to expose people to that, you have to suffer a little bit to be successful.
00:33If you want to make the point, you've got to expose them, you've got to give them an opportunity.
00:38I think we did that pretty well last year. I think we took a few risks, but again, players have to come from somewhere
00:45and the only way they're going to come is if someone takes a risk and plays it.
00:48So, I believe in the group, I believe in everyone in the club, the staff combined.
00:53I think the collective is really important and that we stick together and we keep working on it towards an objective
01:00that is positive, that reflects the community, that we don't see winning games because we all understand that.
