Alone in the Woods tells the story of Doug Richards, an ordinary insurance broker who, after losing his job, decides to pursue his long-time dream of becoming a nature photographer. To start his new life, he rents an old house deep in the New England woods, hoping for peace and inspiration. The picturesque landscapes and remote location seem perfect for his new career, but from the first days in the house, strange, inexplicable events begin to unfold.
With each passing day, the situation worsens: objects in the house move on their own, strange sounds echo through the halls, and figures appear in his photographs that weren't there in reality. Doug starts to feel an invisible presence but dismisses it as stress. However, he soon realizes that something sinister is lurking in the house — an ancient witch whose spirit haunts the woods and seeks to claim his soul.
Doug tries to uncover the secrets of the house while he still has time. He understands that the witch won't let him go until she achieves her goal. Every moment becomes a battle for survival, and his only chance of escape is to find a way to overcome the dark force before the forest witch captures his soul.
