00:25And he is sticking with his quarterback, Kevin Stefanski.

00:30Joe Flacco led you guys to the postseason last year.
00:34It's the front office and it's the owner, Jimmy Haslam, saying, listen, I gave this
00:38guy $230 million fully guaranteed.
00:41He needs to be out there.
00:42He needs to earn his paycheck.
00:44And by earn, it means just play, not be good.
00:47Because Joe Deshaun Watson, calling him mediocre would be the highest compliment he has received
00:53in two years.
00:54This guy has been awful.
00:57When you look at the QBR for Watson this year, it is abysmal.
01:03It is 21.5 out of the 31 qualified quarterbacks in the NFL that is dead last in his span in
01:12the National Football League over the last three years with Cleveland.
01:17He has been near the bottom of every single statistical category for NFL quarterbacks.
01:23It has been awful to see in six games for the Browns this year.
01:28Cleveland is 1-5.
01:29Deshaun Watson has not thrown for more than 200 yards in any of those six games.

01:38Some of it is on the offensive line.
01:40Regardless, Joe, it has not worked.
