00:02We're operating two 24-7 crossings that need operating or maintaining.

00:09So, communications with our managers and our technicians is critical to service delivery.

00:18So, access to data, access to them, out of hours, is critical to service delivery.

00:26In the scheme of our operation, I think that what we provide to our staff is appropriate

00:32and actually adds to the productivity of those staff who have those facilities.

00:39Lots of our activities need verbal communication, sending photos, having access to emails, wherever, 24-7.

00:48So, we think it's appropriate technology that's actually an investment, getting productivity out of our staff.
