00:42I have added 2 tablespoons of mustard oil. I will add about half a tablespoon of Kashmiri red chili powder.
00:48A little cumin powder, a little garam masala, a little coriander powder, a little dry fenugreek powder, salt as per taste, a little ginger garlic paste, a little hung curd.
01:06Now let's marinate it well. Mix it well so that there are no lumps.
01:12In hotels and restaurants, butter chicken is made from tandoori chicken.
