01:03All this was addressed in the press conference on Tuesday here in Caracas,

07:31And in those gray areas is where the drawback can be presented,
07:37for the referees first, and then for the league,
07:41which is the one who has to impose the fines, the sanctions,
07:46to which there would be place.
07:49This is going to be a challenge, a challenge for the league.
07:53And it strikes me, Efraín, the fact that this has raised an uproar.
07:59When this became known, there were, through social media,
08:02very heated responses from people in favor and people against.
08:07That is, it is actually an issue, it is an issue for the public in general.
08:13If the celebrations should be regulated so that they do not become disrespectful
08:20and be a possible source of conflict.
08:23One understands the need of the league, the desire of the league,
08:27to bring the party in peace, in a civilized way,
08:31and avoid, as much as possible, provocations that alter harmony,
