उत्तर प्रदेश: बहराइच मामले में उत्तर प्रदेश कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष अजय राय मृतक के घर पहुंचे और उनके घर वालों से मुलाकात की। अजय राय ने मीडिया से बातचीत के दौरान कहा कि सरकार को इस मामले की कार्रवाई करनी चाहिए। इस मामले में सरकार पुलिस प्रशासन जिम्मेदार है। युवक की मौत के बाद पूरा परिवार सदमे में है। सरकार को 1 करोड़ रुपए मुआवजे के तौर पर भी देना चाहिए क्योंकि सिर्फ वो ही परिवार का कमाने वाला सदस्य था जिसको पुलिस ने मार दिया है।
