00:0011 Chinese were arrested for illegal mining in Paracale, Camarines Norte.

00:07The authorities seized the mineral processing plant.

00:10The provincial LGU filed a lawsuit.

00:13According to the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission,

00:16they seized unprotected equipment of the Chinese.

00:20They also seized a tourist visa.

00:22That's why they are not allowed to work in the Philippines.

00:25Many were arrested for violating the Philippine Mining Act and Clean Water Act.

00:31They are now under the custody of the Bureau of Immigration.
