00:56From Mooking, the money was transferred to the bank accounts of Peter Parungo aka Pedro,

01:01who was named by Retired Colonel Edilberto Leonardo.

01:05Leonardo was the one who paid Pabuya to the operatives.

01:09According to Garma, Leonardo was the one who led the Davao-style drug war

01:13and reported to Go to the drug suspects who were killed.

01:17Garma said that he received the money when he was able to talk to the office of CIDGC aka Pedro.
