00:00Even in the live stream of the alleged video, the man was seen in the Pogo Hub in Porac, Pampanga.

00:06And it was seen by a witness holding an authority that belongs to the Pogo boss, Lin Shun Han, to Alice Guo.

00:13And that's what Darlene Cai is talking about.

00:19I just remember everything.

00:21Because I was really the only one who saw it and I cried.

00:25We spoke to an emotional witness who told us about what he witnessed when he was making and selling the alleged video,

00:31particularly to the raid that took place in South 99 Pogo in Porac, Pampanga.

00:35There was a live selling video there.

00:40He was making a video so that they can sell it abroad, to other countries.

00:50According to the witness, Alice Guo has a connection to Lin Shun Han, a.k.a. Lyudong, or Boss Boga,

00:59the alleged godfather or boss of all bosses of the Pogo, who started these operations in the Philippines.

01:06Maybe it was Madam Wah who reported to Lin.

01:10Boss Boga got the money from Madam Wah.

01:14They have a bond with their money.

01:20His statement and his knowledge about the operation is important.

01:26Lin was arrested last Thursday on a mission order from the Bureau of Immigration.

01:31He was with 12 Chinese nationals, including officials in the illegal Pogo operations.

01:36They were all 12.

01:38We were checking their backgrounds. Maybe they had cases in China.

01:47What we saw was that they were on the managerial side.

01:51They were like a group.

01:53They were friends with Lyudong.

01:56The deportation proceedings against the 12 Chinese nationals will now begin,

01:59who are considered undesirable aliens.

02:02Lin said that his business is a restaurant.

02:06When asked why he has bodyguards with guns,

02:09He saw the news in the Philippines that it's dangerous.

02:14So he got the bodyguards to protect his family.

02:18Even the Senate Committee on Women, Children, Family Relations, and Gender Equality Chairman Senator Riza Juan Tiveros

02:24said that the committee established Lin's connection to the establishment of the Scam Hub in the Philippines.

02:30But it was confirmed that he has a grudge against the government.

02:33The committee will invite Lin for their last hearing.
