00:00Former PCSO General Manager Rodrigo Duterte and retired police colonel Ruyina Garba have returned to their former allies to continue the investigation of the House Quad Committee.

00:12She laid down the information about the war on drugs of the former administration.

00:43The former PCSO General Manager and retired police colonel Ruyina Garba apologized emotionally to the victims of the exodus killings and war on drugs during the administration.

00:56In the 8th hearing of the House Quad Committee, Garba met with some of the EJK victims from Cebu where she served as a police officer.

01:08In the first instance, Garba also returned and detailed the information about the drug war of former PCSO General Manager Rodrigo Duterte.

01:17She also released an affidavit in which she stated that the former President's order for the creation of Davao Models in the country as well as the fight against illegal drugs is in effect.

01:29Did anyone force you to execute this affidavit?

01:33No, Mr. Chair.

01:35It took me one week to make some reflections.

01:38I realized that the truth will always set us free, Mr. Chair.

01:44And at least I will be able to contribute if we really want to make this country a better place to live and for our children.

01:58I think we have to do something so that the trust in the PNP can be restored.

02:06Before that, Curwin Espinoza was also the first to face the hearing.

02:10He was previously accused of being a self-confessed drug lord.

02:14Although he is now absolved from cases related to illegal drugs.

02:18In his testimony, he accused the PNP chief and now Senator Bato de la Rosa

02:26when he was asked to transfer some of his personalities to the illegal drug trade, including former Senator Laila de Lima.

02:33General Bato agreed with me.

02:38He escorted me to the vehicle and told me to admit that I was involved in drug trafficking here in the Philippines.

02:51I invited Peter Lim and Laila de Lima so that they can be arrested.

03:13In a statement, Senator de la Rosa immediately defended Espinoza.

03:20What I can say to Curwin Espinoza is that he is a liar.
