00:00The Department of Health or DOH reports a 20% drop of dengue cases.
00:04As of October 4, over 269,000 cases have been reported.
00:09Nearly 26,000 cases are observed from September 1st to 14, compared to over 32,000 from August 18 to 31.
00:17Most regions recorded fewer cases except Metro Manila.
00:21Of the cases, 1.06% had severe dengue.
00:25There have been 702 deaths, with case fatality rate of 0.26%.
00:31The DOH advises the public to stay vigilant and follow the 4S strategies.
