00:00I started in Turin, I did all the lines, starting as a child, from the smallest of the little ones, until I got to the first line.
00:10I got a taste of the first team, I was lucky to have to deal with great players in Serie A, even if I was only aggregated with them.
00:19Then I realized that I was too young to play in Serie A, and I told myself to go back to Serie C,
00:26which was a tough league, where young players grow a lot, because in the end it's an important league.
00:32That was a very positive thing for me, because now I'm in 2001, I'm over, but I'm still young.
00:42Serie C gave me a lot, it made me grow a lot from many points of view,
00:47and one day my dream would be to go back and have the chance to be in Serie A.
00:54In Serie C there's a lot of temperament, there are experienced opponents,
00:57there are opponents in the league, so you play on complicated pitches,
01:01so I think that's one of the factors that can make our young players grow a lot.
01:06The difficulty between the first league and the Serie C league is very different,
01:12so we're now trying to get on par with the league, and little by little we'll try to get the results we all want.
01:21Looking at the last game, after five minutes, which shouldn't be an alibi,
01:25the expulsion helped us to get the game going in a certain way.
01:29On the other games, we know that we've all seen a tough league,
01:35so we'll have to play every game with all our strength,
01:39and now, little by little, I can see that the young players are improving a lot,
01:44so we'll have to try and get on par with the league,
01:49and I think that afterwards we'll have different satisfactions.
01:51I'm very happy with the coach, I'm very happy with the staff in general.
01:55Having all this confidence from them is a proof of pride for me,
02:02so I try to give my best, to listen to them,
02:05and I try to pass on to my team-mates their concepts,
02:09which are not easy to assimilate at the start.
02:12I don't feel a lot of responsibility, because I've always been,
02:15even when I was my team-mates' age,
02:19I've always been a bit of a leader,
02:23to try and push my team-mates to go further.
02:28It's something that makes me very happy.
02:31The Milan world is a beautiful world.
02:33I didn't expect so much enthusiasm,
02:37and I immediately felt that we were a big family,
02:43so it's something that made me very happy.
02:46At the meeting, I knew that there were a lot of good players,
02:50I knew about a lot of the guys who were in the first team,
02:53but we know that it's a difficult path,
02:58it's going to be a long path.
02:59Milan Future is made specifically to help our young players grow,
03:03so we're trying to get this out.
