"رَبِّ ارْحَمْهُمَا كَمَا رَبَّيَانِي صَغِيرًا"

"My Lord, have mercy upon them as they brought me up [when I was] small."

This is a prayer asking Allah to have mercy on one's parents, acknowledging their role in raising and nurturing their child during childhood. It's a heartfelt dua for gratitude and compassion towards parents.

00:00If you want success in this life,
00:02if you want to do something good for your Akhirah and Dunya,
00:06take care of your parents,
00:08respect them, love them for the sake of Allah,
00:11be close to them because Allah advise you to do so.
00:15وَقَضَىٰ رَبُّكَ أَلَّا تَعْبُدُ إِلَّا إِيَّا
00:18The Sahabi asked,
00:19who deserves my companionship in this life?
00:22My wife, my cousin, my friend, my father.
00:25Who? He said, your mother.
00:27Then he said, then who?
00:28He said, be your mother.
00:30He said, then who?
00:31He said, your mother.
00:32Three times.
00:33Then who? He said, your father.
00:35Some of the Sahabi said,
00:37when your mother die,
00:39two doors closes in your face.
00:42The door of her dua to you
00:45and one of the doors of Jannah
00:47that you could enter through her.
00:50When the Sahabi came and he told him about his mother,
00:52he says, be at her feet,
00:55that's where paradise is.
