00:0038 Chinese nationals were investigated when the authorities inspected a resort in Mualboal, Cebu where the operation seemed to be in progress.

00:13In a joint fire safety inspection in a resort in Barangay Saavedra, the authorities noticed foreigners who tried to talk to them.

00:21They did not know how to speak English or Tagalog.

00:24They also did not show documents such as passports.

00:28More than 30 desktop computers, 4 laptops, and more than 200 cellphones were confiscated from the resort.
