00:22These packages are pro-business and pro-worker and we've worked with businesses, big, small, medium,
00:28all over the country and we've had many of them welcome the measures that we're saying.
00:33We've acknowledged some of the challenges around, these are a huge reform package,
00:39therefore we're going to make sure that they're part of the process.
00:42We've done the biggest amount of consultation in opposition as well as before the bill was tabled
00:48to engage with people and I hope that many of those businesses who I've welcomed today
00:53and those that are maybe a little bit worried about today's announcements can see
00:56that I think we're getting the balance right and that we're engaging and continuing to consult
01:03to make sure that we bring these changes in with people so that we can grow the economy
01:08and that people can have better terms and conditions in their employment.
