00:00We can also get formatting codes with HTML inside of Copilot so that we can format out

00:12a document easily.

00:14So to do that, I'm going to go around over here on to, let's see, an article about computers

00:20right here in Wikipedia.

00:21Let me just go ahead and copy this and paste it up right here.

00:25So now I'm going to go around and give it this prompt.

00:28So I'm going to go around and say, format this content as a document and make sure to

00:39use different colors, styles, graphics from bootstrap and make it look attractive.

00:55Make sure to arrange this in A4 size paper.

01:02Give me HTML code for this.

01:06So I'm simply going to go around and do that right here.

01:10And then I said that use graphics and so forth, make it attractive and use HTML right here.

01:15So once you go ahead and do that, what happens is that it'll give you an HTML code regarding

01:21the same as you can see right here.

01:23Like you got all the style sheets and so forth right here.

01:26And it simply arranges out all of the contents right here, just like this, using HTML code

01:34right here.

01:35So now what you need to do is you need to copy the code right here, just like this.

01:41Then you need to go ahead over here and paste up the code right here in notepad right here.

01:47And let me just go around and save this out in next up right here.

01:51So I'm just going to go around and save this out as a sample doc dot HTML right here, just

01:59like this and click on save right here.

02:02So now let me just move this aside and then I'm going to go around and on my desktop I

02:08will be able to find this.

02:10So now I'm going to go around and open this up in the tab right here.

02:13So let's just go around, open this up in tab and I can see that this is the formatted document

02:18right here and it even use the image placeholder as you can see right here.

02:22So it uses use different colors right here and so forth.

02:25As you can see, this like this, I can go around and further see also make sure to highlight

02:34important words in the document and use different colors for it and also make sure to use

02:48bootstrap icons for relevant words and topics like this.

02:55So let's just go ahead and further change this out right here, just like this.

02:59And this is the updated HTML code highlighted important words, different colors, bootstrap

03:05icons for relevant topics right here.

03:07And this is what you have.

03:08So this is the formatted document as you can see right here, just like this.

03:13So now let me just go around over here on to Copilot right here and this is the updated

03:18code.

03:19So let's just go around and copy this and then around over here, let me just go around

03:24and paste this out and then I'm going to save this.

03:27So now if I were to go around over here onto the formatted document and refresh it, you

03:32can see that there are icons as well and important words as you can see this like this.

03:38So now I can go ahead and then print this out as you can see right here.

03:42So now you can save it out as Adobe PDF.

03:45So let's just go around over here onto Adobe PDF and to more settings right here and you

03:51can go around and choose the paper size that you want right here, just like this.

03:55So this is what you have.

03:56And if I were to go around and print it out, then I can save this out as a PDF document

04:02right here.

04:03So once you go ahead and do that, you can see that there's a PDF document right here,

04:08just like this.

04:09So you can simply go around and open it and this is the document that you have.

04:13And that is how you can utilize HTML for formatting purposes as well.

04:19Just like that by using Copilot.
