00:0040% of the global landfills result from construction industry.
00:21Material Mapper is a data platform that tells you when, where, what materials and in what
00:27quantities will become available for reuse from demolishing sites.
00:35We have built a three-tier data platform.
00:39We access the municipality data, which consists of data on planned demolishments within the
00:46next five years in each city in Norway.
00:50First tier for platform is a search tool and a map of the city, where you can search by
00:55time of demolition, by address, by radius from that address, by type of building.
01:01And you will get results with images of each building and amounts and kilos of each large
01:07material category that will result from this building being deconstructed.
01:12The second tier of the project, which is an advanced search tool, where you can search
01:17by material amounts and get a more tabular view of all the results.
01:22And the third tier of the platform is a data chart that gives you a timeline and an overview
01:29of the entire city within a certain time period, where you can see which materials will become
01:36more or less available.
01:47After expansion in Europe, we of course want to make an infrastructure for reusable materials
01:53on a global scale.
