00:00This is a message to the people of Lebanon.

00:03Do you remember when your country was called the pearl of the Middle East?

00:07I do.

00:09So what happened to Lebanon?

00:11A gang of tyrants and terrorists destroyed it. That's what happened.

00:15Lebanon was once known for its tolerance, for its beauty.

00:18Today, it's a place of chaos, a place of war.

00:22Israel withdrew from Lebanon 25 years ago.

00:26But the country that actually conquered Lebanon is not Israel.

00:30It's Iran.

00:31Iran which finances and arms Hezbollah to serve Iran's interests at Lebanon's expense.

00:37Hezbollah has turned Lebanon into a stockpile of ammunition and weapons

00:42and a forward Iranian military base.

00:45Just one day after the October 7th massacre a year ago,

00:48Hezbollah joined the war against Israel.

00:51It launched an unprovoked attack on our cities and on our citizens.

00:55It has since fired over 8,000 missiles at Israel,

00:58killing civilians without distinctions, Jews, Christians, Muslims and Druze.

01:03Israel has decided to put an end to this.

01:06We've decided to do whatever is necessary to return our people safely to their homes.

01:11Israel has a right to defend itself.

01:13Israel also has a right to win.

01:15And Israel will win.

01:17We've degraded Hezbollah's capabilities.

01:19We took out thousands of terrorists, including Nasrallah himself

01:23and Nasrallah's replacement and the replacement of his replacement.

01:27Today, Hezbollah is weaker than it's been for many, many years.

01:32Now you, the Lebanese people, you stand at a significant crossroads.

01:37It is your choice.

01:39You can now take back your country.

01:41You can return it to a path of peace and prosperity.

01:44If you don't, Hezbollah will continue to try to fight Israel

01:48from densely populated areas at your expense.

01:51It doesn't care if Lebanon is dragged into a wider war.

01:54Christians, Druze, Muslims, Sunnis and Shiites,

01:57all of you are suffering because of Hezbollah's futile war against Israel.

02:02Today I ask every mother and every father in Lebanon a simple question.

02:07Is it worth it?

02:09Because it doesn't have to be that way.

02:11I know you want a better future for your children.

02:14So I'm speaking to all of you today.

02:16There is a better way, a better way for your children,

02:20for your cities, for your villages, for your country.

02:23You deserve to restore Lebanon to its days of tranquility.

02:26You deserve a Lebanon that is different.

02:28One country, one flag, one people.

02:31Don't let these terrorists destroy your future any more than they've already done.

02:36Stand up and take your country back.

02:38You have an opportunity that hasn't existed in decades.

02:43An opportunity to take care of the future of your children and grandchildren.

02:47You have an opportunity to save Lebanon before it falls into the abyss of a long war

02:52that will lead to destruction and suffering like we see in Gaza.

02:57It doesn't have to be that way.

02:59Each of you can take a step for your future, even a small step.

03:03You can make a difference.

03:05I say to you, the people of Lebanon,

03:08free your country from Hezbollah so that this war can end.

03:11Free your country from Hezbollah so that your country could prosper again,

03:16so that future generations of Lebanese and Israeli children will know neither war nor bloodshed,

03:22but will finally live together in peace.
