01:19The reason for this is that I washed it with vinegar and salt.
01:22The first thing to do when cooking fish is to wash it well.

03:46I have taken 100 grams of tamarind and soaked it in half a cup of water.

03:52We will put its pulp only at the bottom.

05:31The salt that we applied to it with the spices.
05:34That salt dehydrated it.
05:35It means that its water was removed.
05:37Now there is no excess water in it.
05:39It has its own muscles.
05:40And when we fry it, the best fish will be cooked from inside.
05:44If I show you closely, the spices are applied well to it.
05:48And all the spices were spread well.
05:50And there is not much water in it.
05:52Now for this fish, we have to make a gram flour batter.
05:55Take a bowl.
05:56Put half a kilo of gram flour in that bowl.
05:58We have applied proper spices, salt etc. to the fish.
06:01For this gram flour only, we have applied half a teaspoon of salt.
06:04So that the flavor comes in it too.
06:05There is a little carom seeds.
06:07Consider it a quarter teaspoon.
06:08And these are chili flakes.
06:09We have added a quarter teaspoon to it.
06:11Add water to it.
06:12And mix it well to make a thin batter.

07:19I have heated this oil for about 8 minutes on medium flame.

07:26So keep it on medium to high
07:28and put the fish in it.
