Soldier Shot Dead in Live-Fire Accident in Central Taiwan

A soldier was accidentally shot in the face during live-fire exercises at Ching Chuan Kang Air Base in central Taiwan. He was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead. The defense ministry has pledged to investigate the incident.
