00:00The Young and the Restless spoilers, here's why prison is not inevitable for Sharon.

00:05I don't know about you guys, but what Sharon's doing is illegal through and through.

00:10She blacked out, and we're all thinking maybe she's not the real killer, and maybe she isn't.

00:16But let's be honest, first things first, she did frame Daniel, but it was a whack job,

00:20the gloves are still in her trunk, and her fingerprints are all over the place.

00:25There's one charge right there.

00:27Isn't dumping a dead body in the river, acting to be that dead person, and framing someone

00:32else as bad as murder itself?

00:35I don't see Sharon escaping prison just like that, because what she's done doesn't just

00:39go away just because someone else is the killer.

00:43But knowing this show, they'll not do justice and just maybe send her to Fairview.

00:48Or we'll just forget how psychotic she was and go on with her usual life.

00:53Prison Life.

00:55Let's face it, Sharon's actions are undeniably illegal, no matter how you spin it.

01:00We've all been watching her unravel, and while we're still speculating whether she's truly

01:04guilty of murder, one thing is crystal clear, she's definitely not innocent.

01:09Sure, she might not have been the one who pulled the trigger or dealt the final blow,

01:13but that doesn't mean she's walking away from this mess without consequences.

01:17Remember, she's already framed Daniel, which was unhinged in itself, and let's not forget

01:22those gloves that are conveniently stashed away in her trunk, just waiting to be discovered.

01:28And let's talk about those fingerprints, they're everywhere, and that's not something that

01:32can just be brushed under the rug.

01:34Now, dumping a body in the river, pretending to be someone who's no longer alive, and pinning

01:40it all on someone else, honestly, that's just as bad as committing the crime itself.

01:45It's not like she can claim ignorance or play the victim card here, Sharon knew exactly

01:49what she was doing, and those choices have serious consequences.

01:54The idea that she could just walk away from all of this scot-free seems like a stretch,

01:58even by soap opera standards.

02:01But hey, this is The Young and the Restless, where the legal system seems more flexible

02:05than we'd expect.

02:07So, will Sharon actually land behind bars?

02:11Or will she be sent off to Fairview for another stay, where she'll receive a psychological

02:15pass for her actions?
