The movie begins with a murder. The next scene is Malpe, a local sand mafia leader, advising the priest to eliminate Rayappa, a leader of downtrodden people. Rayappa’s brother Guna decides to look after his nephew Pradeep and sister-in-law Sunitha. Pradeep, also known as Pepe, wants to know why his father was killed.
