This feta-mushroom pasta bake brings together the creamy tang of melted feta with the earthy, savory notes of cremini mushrooms.

00:00I love the baked feta trend but I want to give it a fall upgrade.
00:03Instead of tomatoes, I'm using mushrooms.
00:06When you add your earthy mushrooms, shallots, and briny tangy feta,
00:09be sure to roast them until they get nice and brown to add some extra complexity.
00:14Next, being able to add the raw pasta with white wine, cream, and veggie broth
00:19allows so much extra flavor to bake into the noodles as they soften
00:23instead of the sauce just sitting on top.
00:25By the time you take off the foil lid,
00:27you should have caramelized mushrooms and shallots, soft noodles,
00:30and a creamy sauce all ready to go.
