00:00Sure, so if you notice some bees hanging around, whether it's a clump of bees, which is what
00:08we call a swarm and they've just arrived, or if you've got an established colony that's
00:12been living there for some time, somewhere such as a compost bin or a letterbox or maybe
00:18your house wall, we always recommend people try to call us as soon as possible.
00:23A swarm it's much easier to catch at that stage rather than afterwards when they've
00:28moved into your compost bin, but if they have moved in, again, call us as soon as possible
00:34to remove them because the longer they've been there, the more comb they'll be building
00:38up and the more work it is to get them out.
00:42Some things not to do is don't disturb them.
00:47Swarms are generally quite docile.
00:49Established colonies might be a bit more defensive.
00:52Try not to disturb them.
00:53They will sting if you pester them too much.
00:56Don't spray them with poison.
00:57Just call us and we'll help remove them.
