00:00A man in Quezon City was arrested for abusing a woman in his neighbor's house when he was a minor.

00:05The man was only beaten up by a woman.

00:08Here's the first news, James Agustin.

00:16Outside a Sari-Sari store in Quezon City, a 28-year-old man was arrested and complained by his neighbor.

00:23The man is subject to a warrant of arrest for the case of two counts of rape by sexual assault.

00:28When he was taken by the troops, he was with his parents in front of his store.

00:35He hid, but he still went back to their place.

00:42According to the police, the victim was a minor.

00:45The accused was in the neighbor's house for several years.

00:48When this case happened, last pandemic 2020,

00:53he was molested when he was five years old.

00:56The child complained, but the parents did not file a complaint.

01:02This happened again when the child was seven years old.

01:07That's when they filed a complaint against the accused.

01:13He was the second man arrested in the Most Wanted Persons List of the police.

01:17He was previously jailed for rape.

01:19The accused was asked about his arrest.

01:22I was just sold.
