00:00Victory on derby day here and how do you assess that one?
00:03Yeah it was going to be a close game I think there was a lot of emotion in it
00:06and you know for the opposition I thought they scrapped pretty well
00:10in terms of disrupting you know our flow and you know our attack at times which
00:14is you know it's something that with
00:16experience you need to get better at you need to manage
00:18especially in this league or else you can end up getting caught up in a game
00:22that you don't want to be caught up in so
00:24listen we got the job done and I don't think we're very happy with the
00:27performance if we're being honest you know we didn't control things the
00:32way we wanted to dictate the tempo and intensity of the
00:34game which is frustrating so listen we'll have to have a look at it
00:38get back Tuesday because we know it's going to be the same next week at
00:40Sevenoaks. Yeah do you feel that was always going to be the case today it was
00:43going to be a case of the performance was always going to be quite difficult
00:45to be able to put out and it was going to be the case of the result?
00:48I think we knew it was going to be a risk like the risk of the game going
00:51like that we got caught up in certain things but
00:54you know we talked about how we're going to manage that you know how we're
00:57going to stick to our game and ultimately execute under pressure and
01:00we just couldn't deliver on that today I know we scored a few points out there
01:03and stuff and we look good in periods but
01:04I think that's the story of our first four weeks is that we've been good for
01:0740 minutes or 20 minutes here and there but
01:09you know you need to put in an 80 minute performance to A put teams away and B
01:12get results especially on the road so you know it's something that we really
01:15need to look at and actually start transferring
01:17into the 80 minutes of the weekend because they're the most important
01:20minutes of the week aren't they you know no matter what you do during the week no
01:23matter what you do on a review it's all about the 80 minutes and we're
01:25just not getting that bit right yeah yeah a word for Aiden's performance as
01:28well obviously he was awarded with this sort of play of the match award at the
01:31end he sort of settled in quite well yeah he did he played well he ran the
01:35ball back he got lots of touches on the ball made some pretty big
01:37tackles as well and shutting the gate on the edges so
01:40uh yeah I was happy for him and his performance and you know he's fitting in
01:43pretty well now I think that's his fifth game so he's only going to grow
01:46and get better each week with us yeah and the chance to go to Sevenoaks and
01:49try and pick up your first away victory of the season next weekend it's going to
01:52be difficult it always is down there they've got a small pitch
01:56you know again they disrupt you really well in terms of your flow and the way
01:59the game's played so again it's going to be a very similar
02:02challenge to today it's just how we manage that
02:05and how we stick to what we want to do because if we get caught up in a
02:08in a tight scrappy game you know that's when things can go either way
