00:23The Malabon people showed their cooking skills in cooking different Malabon dishes.

00:37On the other hand, all the contestants delivered.

00:40Their dishes were deliciously cooked and tasted in the Malabon-Tambogong Cookfest 2024.

00:46Fish fillet with sweet chili sauce and fish fillet with fried curry paste were third places.

00:56So, that's what I did because Malabon is a fish.

01:03That's the first thing that came to my mind.

01:06Malahotel was the second place in the cookfest.

01:11The combination of tomato cream and coconut white sauce made their tilapia specialty delicious.

01:17The first dish, we made it with tomato concasserise with pan-fried tilapia.

01:24Then, the salsa is fruit salsa.

01:27Something different from the conventional tomato salsa.

01:31The winners of the cookfest were the salted egg tilapia and tilapia with sweet chili apple sauce of Aris,

01:37which was served with a dessert called puto sulot.

01:40For the apple sauce, since sweet and sour fish is already common,

01:45I just saw the apples there, so I made a sweet chili sauce with apples.
